Hi, Don`t know if you got any information as only just seen your enquiry. The group Incantation were active in the 1980s with their biggest hit Cacharpaya. The musicians on The Meeting album are Tony Hinnigan, Mike Taylor, Forbes Henderson, Mauricio Venegas and Claudia Figueroa. It was released in 1987.
They are from Britain, I read somewhere that there are several Chileans among them, I had the mp3 of this album and I believe half of the songs were like Andean Indian music and the rest was like Celtic music or music in English.
