The tour starts at the gate when you arrive. You'll first need to go through a couple checkpoints for quarantine and your arrival card.

Customs and immigration is a quick process. Simply follow the signs and present your passport and visa to the immigration officer. Once you've cleared customs and immigration, you'll be in the arrivals hall.
The arrivals hall is a large space with shops, restaurants, and a variety of other services. You can find a currency exchange bureau, a post office, and a number of banks. I also show you inside a GS25 convenience store and Starbucks.
