The Incline Chaos Bench Press is an upper body exercise aimed to improve shoulder stability and strength. The oscillation of the exercise with the bamboo/earthquake bar challenge the rotator cuff and shoulder muscles to stabilize the bar while pressing. This can help increase bench press strength and/or build shoulder strength for athletes.
