I have been doing RU-vid SEO since almost 5 years. If you want, I can do proper SEO and optimization of your channel's videos. First I will do SEO and optimization of your 5 videos absolutely free, if you get good results with my work then we will move to the next step. Do you want to SEO your channel?

I came across this video in search of how to get better at arm wrestling and this actually helped me🎉 also a lot of effort in the video so this must go viral ❤
Hi, if I'm making the transition from bench pressing with a regular bar to a Swiss bar, will I have to reduce the weight and if so, by how much? Also, is the narrow grip more difficult than the wider grip?
@ryokan9120 thanks for the question. But yes, you'll need to decrease the weight. On average, between myself and clients, I've seen a decrease anywhere from 10-15% be pretty normal. The closer grip handles will for sure be more difficult since they make the movement even more tricep dominant. Hope that helps!
@ryokan9120 you're welcome, and I totally get it. However, chances are when you go back to a regular bench you'll be stronger than you think. I pretty much only bench with a Swiss Bar now, and my strength has still stayed within 3-5% of my best.
Really helped me out, thanks. I was just looking for leg drive tips and this popped up as the second result. And you only uploaded this an hour ago-I got lucky! :)
@joshtapiwa541 I've not been in the intensive, but I was part of IFASTU with Bill and Mike Robertson for 2 years, and have taken several courses with Alex Effer and Conor Harris (who got their material from Bill Hartman). So I'm really familiar with his model (still always trying to learn and improve upon it though!).
Hi Brandon, your workout so amazing and video quality also to notch. I like the way your are explan, I'm so impressed. But your video aren't getting enough views that you deserve. But because Of This Mistake Your Competitor Is Ahead Of You

Hey brandon, love your video explaining it. Quick question, i practice bjj about 4 days week. I am trying to gear this more towards hypertrophy at least for like a 3-4 month block. My question is how do i progressively overload for that block. Do i add volume each week ?
Thanks for the question. My suggestion would be to use high rep DB and back work. I would progress that volume on the same accessories for your full wave before swapping exercises. For example on DB Bench and Chest Supported DB Rows: Wk 1 - 3x12 Wk 2 - 3x15 Wk 3 - 4x12-15 Wk 4 - 4x15-20 Likey the same weight each week, but aiming to get more reps each session. This would yield about a double in training volume in a month...and you could do this with several exercises if needed.
Definitely trying this. I’ve been laying over a stability ball almost all day and it has helped so much in 2 days. (Probably shouldn’t do it all day lol). I have really bad rounded shoulders and swayback, previously had ATP
Hi, Thanks for the video… Really interested about this subject, a lot of mixed opinions out there regarding the matter. 7:50- you talk about studies that have been done about this, can you please tell us where you have found this information? Maybe a link to the study? Thanks
Hey, Brandom Smitley , I recently came across your RU-vid channel and was impressed by the quality of your content. However, after conducting a comprehensive analysis, I noticed there is room for improvement for your RU-vid channel to get more visitors and subscribers. • Your Video Title and description needs to be improved • You need to use more relevant tags and keywords • Organic promotion of Top social media • High-ranking tag setup (keyword, hashtag) If you want I can do a free RU-vid channel audit for you for your better understanding.
This is awesome Brandon, thanks! I've got some injury accumulation over the last couple years and your points about starting the session focusing on those weaknesses and sources of injury are a better frame of mind for me to start from when planning my programs
Looks like one of those exercises that is hard for guys with tight muscles and rubbish shoulder mobility. My powerlifting coach has prescribed them. Ah well time to give them a go.
