Here from Google's UX Design course 2. Hi! It's encouraging to see that this information (video content) is out there for all people to access to assist with accessibility in design: simply good design, right? Very real examples that center everything on the user and asking the user questions to influence research. I love that the user focus is always front and center. The fact that assistive tech (AT) videos are widely available is also incredible--how will we know how to create assessible designs if we don't know how users use AT's in their daily life. Also appreciated the Crane example walk through.

It's inspiring to have access to Google's UX Design course, which emphasizes the importance of user-centric design and accessibility. The course provides practical examples that showcase how user research can inform design decisions, and highlights the significance of assistive technology (AT) in ensuring inclusivity. The Crane example walkthrough was particularly insightful. It's fantastic that AT videos are easily accessible as they offer valuable insights into how users with disabilities interact with digital products. Ultimately, the course reinforces the notion that good design is synonymous with inclusive design.

As in my country, blind people are excluded so when I first saw a blind woman using iPhone on RU-vid I was so amazed. Seeing this kind of videos makes my assumption more wrong and makes me love people who are making the world better for people with disabilities.

Great video! Very nice addition to the UX course. We need to include everyone in our thought process when designing. You never know who might be using a product.

100% love this. Great, understandable explanation of how businesses can take some first steps toward increased accessibility and inclusion in their products - and how they can be more intentional about who they are designing to include. #combatdesignexclusion

Excellent talk and content! Unfortunately the slides are not shown in full screen resolution, instead they are only visible from really far away camera shots. Often the talk references some specific color or contrast differences, but these are not easily visible on the video of the slides 🤕 I would much rather see the slides well rather than shots of the audience.
