This video will show you a way how to make footsteps Louder and more noticeable in MW2, Warzone 2.0, and Original Warzone!! This also works in Apex Legends and a few other games. Using a program that has been specifically designed to make footsteps sounds stand out, both Console players and PC players will now have an easier time hearing enemy that are nearby. WARZONE 2 HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE LIST!! Audio is Wacked in this game if you have issues try turning on Spatial Audio & Moving the Slider all the way to the left toward Performance. It helped me hear better with Astro A40s. If you're on Console, try to make sure both the console and the pc are hard wired using an ethernet cord if you're using the Remote Play Method. Wi-Fi can cause issues unless it's a really fast connection. You DO NOT need two controllers to connect to remote play on PlayStation, you just have to switch back to your primary username once Remote Play is connected to your laptop or PC. I'm not sure when it comes to Xbox though. Also, you can always get a dual aux cable splitter (headphone cable) if you only have one Mic connected to your headset, that way there you can plug your headset into the PC but still use the Mic on the console. They sell them on Amazon and Walmart for cheap.

Thank you I appreciate it!! I haven't tried dolby yet, Steel Series says that it works best by itself and to shut off other programs. I tried it with Sonic for windows enabled and I wasn't picking up the footsteps as well. You could try it and see which way sounds better.

It seems the footstep are good in regular multiplayer but they are terrible in invasion. I hope that’s not a preview of how Warzone 2 is going to be.

Activision is using a new sound system it's broken and mono adio is backwards if you have trouble hearing directional sounds try turning it on actually and suddenly you can hear directional sounds. Like I said it's backwards. They keep going back n forth between the old sound system and the new. Everytime I have to switch the settings back and forth.

I'm so glad u said that I've been saying the same thing for a while. It feels like they keep going back and forth with the audio. It's fine for a couple of days, I think they've fixed it and then it's back to being terrible again. I was starting to think people were right about it being part of SBMM, I'll give the mono a try tonight.
