It depends what your device limit is. If its 120 change the 60 to 120 instead of v sync. If you want to disable v sync just disable it

An alternative and simple way to do this is by getting a resource pack which lets you access all these deeper settings so you can turn it on and off ingame from the menu itself For example, Bedrocktimize is a good option

@@CantEvenWumbonope java sucks at optimization. I have a laptop it has i3 5th and igpu and it get 60 fps while Java it's nowhere get close to 30 fps

@@AruslyV1 did you say i3 5th gen? Maybe if you’re running the latest version of java. That igpu probably doesn’t help you much either, especially on an old intel 5th gen cpu and on a laptop. Again like the guy mentioned here, we only get 60-90 fps with the latest gpus on bedrock yet when we hop on java, the frames boost up to about 500 or more. (I mean unless if you have a 500hz monitor to even see it, but it still runs better than bedrock ever could.)
