Great question from John regarding the transfer to the heel. I’ve had the Force Pedals for a few weeks and their protocols include heel stomps. It might be a good idea to include “for those of you who have used these for a while…” comments to bridge the transition to the new SuperSpeed protocols.
Hey man great video! Question for you. I am getting back into my SuperSpeed Training and am going to include the Force Pedals into my training as well. Do you recommend doing the drills on the 3 days I do my SuperSpeed Training before or after I swing the clubs?! Thank you! Great stuff!
Hey Kenneth, thanks for being a SuperSpeed user! Happy to hear you are getting back into training. The Force Pedal protocol is targeting ground reaction force training versus maxed out speed training. Therefore The Force Pedal protocol can be done on the same day as a speed protocol with a 30 minute rest in between or on an off day.
Was curious how would you recommend incorporating these force pedals and the drills you describe into the super speed protocols? I’m just getting ready to start the protocols and was curious if you would recommend working through the force pedal stuff before beginning them, at the same time or after

How do you practice to get that weight from the ball of of the foot deep into the heel of the left foot? I noticed you are emphasizing the pressure on the BALL of the foot and not the HEEL. I guess I am asking is how does the pressure move in a great swing? Have you heard of Chuck Quinton's clockwise movement pattern for the swing? Thoughts? Thanks.
Hi John, thanks for the question and thanks for watching the video! When we talk about point of application and when it happens, we are talking about maxing out pressure in the lead ball of foot when the left arm is parallel to the ground in the downswing. After that point that is when the rotation takes that pressure and gets it into the lead heel. Let me know if that makes sense. Thanks!

Great question. At the very start of the downswing you should feel pushing down into the yellow force pedal. The point of application starts in the ball of foot and moves into the heel as you rotate. It all happens in a very short period of time lol
