Please stay away from fenugreek. It will increase at 1st then it may decrease. My supply dipped. I found that some people can have a sensitivity to fenugreek. I am on my 11 month of breastfeeding. I am trying brewers yeast for the st tome tonight. Good luck mamas
This is amazing my baby is 6 months to and yes I also can see a little dip in my milk supply and I also want to do supplement that also help my milk supply or somethings that can help this is good tips thank you for showing it 🙂 I wanna do everything I can to help my milk supply go up 🤗 I do want to try the tea also .
