I just fell into this Channel. I am so delighted with each video! Katrina is so refreshing and after fact-checking some of the stories, Katrina is spot on!
What I enjoy the most about Katrinas Narration is her correct pronunciation in any language. There is nothing worse than listening to an unemotional computer voice over. Katrina is a joy to listen to even for an hour! Big fan of this channel!
Ikr! Everytime they mispronounce a town that I know about or a city I've lived in it really irritates me especially for example the Kansas/ Arkansas issue
Always enjoy your segments. Very informative. My sister's and I were taught at a young age that Atlantis was just one of 7 advanced cities around the world. A race of people that were here before what we call modern man? That Atlantis wasn't the last city to fall. There was another one in the Indian ocean that fell below the waves after Atlantis fell. The people who survived these disasters had no choice but to infiltrate the inlands where they were at in the world?
I believe the wooden artifact with a handle on one side is in fact a portable step for a boat. Made of wood allows for floatability of the step if it ends up in the water. Making it more easy to retrieve. I would like to get opions from the crowds out there. ,,, I'm
It looks like an arched tool for making windows.. used to fill in the gap when setting stone or brick and then pulled out when the rocks or bricks sets.
I'm so impressed and in awe of the sheer amount of absolutely amazing and inspiring (also informative) videos you are able to make and put out. They are not the ones that are only a few minutes which is wonderful! I often imagine/ wonder if you only record eat and sleep or if you are just a super woman because how's there any other answer?
I was happy see Oak Island on this episode. I was wondering if you ever mentioned it in previous videos. I have followed The Curse Of Oak Island since day 1. Once again another AWESOME video. I'm still back tracking through your older videos.
I've gotta toss this tidbit of info out there... recently, a "digger" unearthed an item that an unidentified tall man in all black professional attire swiftly bought, and advised that he'd purchase any other similar items should they be found. The item was in the shape of the infamous "handbags", but was actually a solid piece of crystalline type stone. In the visually depicted "handbags" are also depictations of "pinecones" and wrist-worn "watches" which show particular patterns that can be found in sonic geometry. NOW, take in to consideration CYMATICS and the effects of vibrations applied to crystalline materials... The CORAL CASTLE was supposedly done with "ice cream cones"...
46:40 We are so used, that history is recording cultural steps through warfare instrumentry like arrows or stone-, metalknifes (Yang), that people nowadays forget what was the first usefull tool in our history: a vessel! A thing that is allowing you to bring you back more than just one single item. If it was a bag or a kettle it's going to look the same. The vessel is Yin! And as allways Yin was before Yang! Believe me!
About the moccasins. Yes, as Dine' native our language is also can be traced back far North into Iniut country. Navajo and Apaches always knew this migrations with ancient myths coming from multiple worlds.
I will immediately go and collect a boulder, make it round and put some pattern in it. and then dump it somewhere impossible :) But really those could simply be pieces of craftsmanship that are not finished, or simply made like that for decoration. It remains fascinating to guess what humans 10000y and longer ago, or even just 1000, or 500. A good lesson in humbleness and the quest for knowledge.
I have seen many different big round stones, carved and u carved. Katrina , how bout exploring the idea of the giants sitting and carving all their balls for identification of who made them when they shot them from their slingshots. Sound legit? Let me know please what u find out please. Thank you
Wonderful as always. But I gotta say, your toon as a viking sheild maiden is FANTASTIC! As far as ancient cultures being connected, look up the Cocane Mummies. Where cocane and high levels of nicotine are found in Egyptian mummy tissue and wrappings.
Good point Drewcatmorris, the mention it, but you'd think this would be changing the history books about "contact", and who left traces of themselves world-wide with the polygonal walls, and tool marks that show use of the same tools & technology.,...tobacco is indigenous to America too, like cocaine, and corn, (as we know it anyway😐),...I say this in case anyone reading this was not aware of that.,... I had a misunderstanding about "corn" too.,... I'd read in Herodotus about them using "corn" in ancient times, and when I looked into it further I learned "grain" is "corn" too!🤣,...there is always something new to learn, even when you feel you already know it all.😉👍
@@mjonhouston Absolutely, and as someone who fancies himself a skeptic who follows the evidence, I also like to keep an open mind, something that I think does not happen nearly enough in archaeology. There is too much evidence that the official timeline of human history is incorrect to ignore. That means being willing to learn from new evidence.
2:23 puzzle box , Slide the upper round pieces along the grooves to unlock the top and side pieces up and down ....Should be 2 compartments...upper n lower.
As a guess I'd call it a thingalabob, it was a part of a much larger doohicky, the doohicky was ornamental, a recreation of a event or a whatchmcallick. Time passes, the event or whatchmacallick slips out of rememberance, eventually, decayed. The thingalabob is all that's left of the doohicky. Makes perfect sense to me, any questions ?.
Australian aboriginals did not intentionally mummify their dead. Some clans placed bodies up in trees. If the area was hot and dry then the bodies would desiccate naturally.
If you ever visit 🇰🇷 and happen to visit one of the smaller, old-school towns with heavy Buddhist influence, don't be surprised. Like my grandmams town: Mang-Woo. I mean, in 2022- they do understand it more but back even in early 2010, tattoos, rings, earrings had the "Man 만" sign (aka swasi) and you could see it alot more than now
Re:the stone balls, I think could be catapult weapon ammo. Why some are so highly styled/decorated, may be for ID purposes? Couldn't resist posting a guess!
Or they're also could be artifacts wrapped in cloth and packed really well inside of there where they will not move around or make any noise either way it's one of the two
Hi Katrina^^ I love the bundelt knowledge of your video's. I know a book that is a historical recording of a family that moved from Israel to south america 600 b.c. It is religiously written like the bible, but if you put that aside it's full of immense historical knowledge. I personlay find it fascinating. It's the book of Mormon. It wont be hard to find if you are interested. Thank you again and have a nice day 😊
I don't mean to be rud., But every know and then. I get a very strong feeling of deja vu, but the info and comments are fairly recent 🤔🤔🤔 thank you very much for being so informative and trying to be as articulate as you are a wonderful person thank you very much❤
25:44 - the man is facing towards a bamboo cross with a sheet draped over the horizontal "arms",...but what's that green thing sitting where the two sticks join ?🤔
Handbags, baskets, time travelers? Lol. They are water buckets representing the knowledge and importance of irrigation. * Note the curvature at the bottom intentionally incorporated into the carving for the purpose of conveying a third dimension appearance. The common depiction of "the tree of life" adjacent to entities carrying the aforementioned water bucket has been improperly interpreted. It actually represents an irrigated orchard (likely date palms in the Sumerian carvings) from a birds-eye point of view. The entities shown carrying the bucket in one hand are often shown with a pine cone (or seed pod) in the other hand, appearing to be putting it forward indicating a giving of the knowledge of controlled germination. The "wristwatch", also commonly seen on said carvings, is intended to depict the knowledge of the cyclical nature of the seasons as related to agricultural, ie., when to plant, when to irrigate, when to fertilize, when to harvest and when to pollinate and collect seeds for future use. 🧐
I hav3 seen in modetn times in the countryside they use tires snd drag them back n forth to smooth out patches of fitest after removing trees n rocks make crude road this 2as orobable pulled by horses or bulls to create roads n smoothe them out faster
I would have to say it looks more like it would probably be a casket if the little pieces of wood are nailed on and it's closed more than likely there is an infant's body inside of it and more than likely they put all those wooden pieces on after the box was built with the body inside
I've never understood why the catholic church has all sorts of "saints" body pieces. To me its sacrilege to dig up a dead person, steal some of their parts and send them on a tour, or display them. How weird.
41:00 If it's haunted let it be, I would never go into a place where it's 100% confirmed to have wandering spirits who is unable to fully rest because if one of those ghosts would catch me, then I'm sure later in my life it would turn into some type of poltergeist
Don't forget ghostology is not a Science and one thing we have noticed, is that every occurance is subject to individual interpretation. If you are fearful your perception is distorted by your fear; yet if you are at ease, you could welcome the guest and converse. If the presence is unruley it could be a job for ghost busters.
The Swaztica represents energy spinning either clockwise (positive, creative, constructive) or counterclockwise (negative, destructive). The Nazis chose the destructive cycle as representative of their reign very appropriately. If you spin the equal armed cross the ends bend away from the direction it turns. Notice that Mose of the ancient representations showed a clockwise spin while Nazis definitely chose counterclockwise.
It took me a while to realize what you were staying St Anthony had died from, I'm assuming you meant to say edema which is swelling related to fluid retention and is pronounced eh-dee mah
Hello Katrina, that strange "wooden" object was built for a reason. Any chance that anybody has x-rayed it? If they can "x-ray" the pyramid, I am sure they are able to x-ray that object. I've seen pictures of that object, before, but no word on what it is. I just wished that everyone would return all the mummies, bought or stolen, in the early days, to the Cairo Museum. As well as the "fake" ones. I'm sure we will have the answers, to our past. Maybe, someone already have, Alexander the Great or Cleopatra and many others. Just return them. Like most people, I dislike the Smithsonian Institution, as they "hide" the past. I bet they're Christians, like myself. If they believe in David and Goliath, then they shouldn't hide the giant skeletons. Otherwise, they become hypothetical, in their work. I wonder what else they're hiding? I wonder what the Government is hiding? I wonder what Dr. Hawass is hiding? The list goes on and on. What are they afraid of? This is 2023. Not 1920 or 1950. We're a lot more educated, than ever before. Thanks to you, many others and the Internet. We're smarter than that! In any case, I love your videos, Katrina! Sometimes, you talk sooo FAST, or maybe, it's just me. I love the past, but I think we should be going further back than 5,000-12,000 years. We should look, as far back as, 50-100 million years. I think that's where we will find the answer. Great work, Katrina! And, Johanna Jones and many others. God Save the King!
Mr.Fergenson you make many good points & ask all the right questions, but like You said too many thing are hidden from Us! It's so sad is this day & age!👍
The one thing in this video I could not wrap my head around is the fact that the self castration tool used by men had the goddess and her lover who was a male on it why did they not think those two had sex?
