Looks like you enjoyed this place food was prepared properly but I think it;s a bit pricey. 24 for an omelet and 18 for a fruit salad..do they have a brunch buffet? The Dessert looked delicious!

I was pleasantly surprised by how appealing the food looked. I didn’t think I would enjoy this type of food but I was wrong. The egg dishes were elevated to a high level. The atmosphere was gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond to have you try the truffles. Great video. Ty

Elevated or not, it certainly does not justify the price. You can only "elevate" eggs to a certain level. If I had a Billion dollars I could not fathom eating here. And that is the truth. Thanks Shin!

You know, it's a funny thing. I had a friend who went from earning 40k a year to suddenly jumping to 100k+ and she was commenting how she could never spend that kind of money and I told her that she would find a way. And now she lives paycheck to paycheck making much more than 100k. You say you wouldn't eat here with a billion dollars, and I believe you but for the opposite reason. You'd probably be eating at places much more elevated and expensive than this at a billion. A billion is 1000 million. It's just a different plane of existence that you and I cannot understand. To even consider the price of something under 6 figures in cost and you've probably lost money. There's literally no point at that level in thinking about saving $100 at breakfast. The time you spent wondering if you should have an item at $10 or $100 and you've lost thousands when that time could have been spent making a decision that generates more money. If you have $100, do you consider if something cost 1 penny or 2 pennies? Now extract that out multiple multiple multiple times and that's a billionaire trying to save $100 at breakfast lol. Wow, the restaurant should applaud you for showcasing much of their menu. Although I am not a huge fan of higher end more expensive restaurants, I will say that their items do look very nice and tasty! Everything looked delicious, looking forward to checking out the Fountainbleau next time I'm in town, although I've read that they are already struggling, was wondering if the location might be a hindrance and it seems so, another 2 executive's have left already in addition to their CEO, hopefully they will find their footing going forward.

Just came back from lunch with friends. Had spaghetti with spicy sausage and black truffle. They didn't skimp on the truffle either!! Very good! Now relaxing at home watching you eat. And.... I'd go for another round with that food. Everything looked amazing!

I met a fan of the channel after they also had brunch and they mentioned that their experience was fantastic here, though they didn't get free truffles so they absolutely catered to me. Still a few more restaurants at Fontainebleau I'm interested in trying, namely Mother Wolf since the LA location is booked solid for months. We certainly know the FB is in a bit of trouble so we'll have to see how they do in the coming year. Thanks for watching!

Very good restaurant here. Elevated French cuisine is typically pretty expensive and for what I got, I don't think this is the upper tier of costs when it comes to this type of food. Certainly more expensive than McDonalds though. Thanks for watching!

I will say this putting it all in French somehow makes you forget about the prices. HEHE. OH BOY That Caviar - 220$ for 30 grams. Then you wonder why the used metric on the menu because 30 grams is 1.05 ounces. Lets be honest 30 grams sounds like you get a bigger bang for your buck instead of 1.05 oz. Now to the Cheeseburger MAISON - again that last French touch makes you want to buy it regardless that it is 31$ for a probably 1/2 lb Costco beef brand Kirkland with Sargento aged Cheddar slice and THEN _ WAIT!!! 20:33 OH baby - I would make love to that burger. I will hand it to this place they did it right and those drinks looked top notch. I would absolutely go here and make it a special night out. Not sure about the breakfast not my main meal but for Dinner Oh yeah! This is a winner for me and I wouldn't complain spending 300$ to 400$ on a meal for 2 here with drinks. Yeah, there's definitely something about having the menu in French that makes the prices more acceptable lol. I'm not sure what it is. The cheeseburger was excellent. The food here was just great in general. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks for watching!!

Well, I didn’t have the “souffle ” pancakes at the same place you did but your description is exactly what I encountered with mine. If it says souffle, I expect fluffy, and they were very dense looking and tasting and to me it was more cake-like. I compared it to being like a poundcake..

I guess it's just a French thing that we're not in the immediate know about. It wasn't bad. I feel like if they called it just their pancakes, I would have thought nothing of it. This looks like it could be as good as Jardin at Wynn. They have some extremely good brunch food. I hope you review them and some other places at Wynn like SW Steakhouse and Lakeside

I was just going through my playlists and realized that I only have buffet videos from some resorts that have excellent restaurants like the Wynn and Bellagio. I'll have to review my 2024 schedule and make some bumps because those hotels need some more food video love. SW Steak for the longest time was my favorite steakhouse. Bazaar Meats probably takes that spot now but I have nothing but good things to say about SW. We'll see those videos soon enough! Thanks for watching!

@@VegaswithShin I'm not sure if you ever did the Lunar New Year all you can eat brunch at Wing Lei @ Wynn or Jasmine @ Bellagio but those would both be great videos. I haven't tried the Jasmine one but heard it's great. I've done Wing Lei 3x... can't beat all you can eat Michelin star Chinese food!
