I created this creamy caramel sauce a few months ago to replace store-bought caramel. For my family, I wanted to create a healthy caramel sauce recipe that you can eat without regrets. This caramel sauce can be used to replace sugar in a recipe or as a coulis on pancakes, cakes, ice creams or even in a hot drink. You can add a pinch of sea salt to it if you want a salted caramel sauce. Caramel sauce without sugar (except the natural sugar of the pear fruit), without butter, without cream! Just with coconut milk and pears! Note that you can also make the recipe with apples. The taste of this caramel is amazing! The whole family will adopt it! Good tasting !

600 g pears
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
