I was excited to try these brownies because it had a caramel filling instead of the typical peanut butter filling which my daughter is allergic. I decided to make this tonight and it was sooooo rich and delicious! I was a bit inpatient letting it cool completely though so it cracked a bit, but it was so worth it. Thank you for the wonderful caramel brownie recipe.

I made these. Turned out so good! Very rich in taste, not too sweet. I used 1/2 cup coconut oil and 1/2 cup butter. And 3/4 cup condensed milk instead of the whole can and 6oz of caramel instead of 10oz lol...it was really good. I can't stand super sweet stuff anymore. The brownie recipe is a keeper for sure. Very decedent!

omg this recipe was super nostalgic! I remember making caramel brownies with my sister when I was a kid. I would help her unwrap the caramel candies. I recently asked my sister if she remembered the recipe and she didn't. Glad I found this one to try!

Looks delicious. I found some Habanero sugar in a spice shop that is wonderful lightly sprinkled on brownies before baking. Chocolate and chilies are amazing together.
