I'VE ASKED A HANDFUL OF CATTLE RANCHERS, IF THEY SELL THEIR BEEF, NO ONE EVER ANSWER, SO I'M TRYING IT AGAIN WITH YOU. CAN I CALL YOU UP AND PLACE AN ORDER FROM YOU? THANKS
@StoneyRidgeFarmer
@StoneyRidgeFarmer Год назад
So, here's what we're doing. We should have beef available in the fall..it's gonna sell very quickly. I've started a "co-op" for the farm on patreon.com/stoneyridgefarmer , that's where you'll join us in helping to farm sustainably and you will be notified as soon as we have high quality beef available for purchase. This helps the farm, animals and helps us expand this regenerative farm operation. Only members of this patreon co-op will be able to purchase beef from the farm. You can sign up at Patreon.com/stoneyridgefarmer (this will be for local and mail order customers)

Sounds like good advice I'll have to give that a try. It's news to me although I'm not surprised since sodium hydroxide, is also from soda ash, and that's the active ingredient in the old drain cleaner lye, and it's also the active chemical for a hot tank, in Old School shops, it would take the grease right off an engine block, and it's also the active ingredient to separate oxygen molecules for drug manufacturing such as crank and DMT. and that's why you don't see it much in drain cleaner anymore, charcoal or soda ash is also effective in pool cleaning, in its stronger form it will dissolve anything organic, for some reason it has a chemical reaction with aluminum and pot metal and will also dissolve that. sodium hydroxide can also be used to lower salt levels in water MIT is done some work with it to convert saltwater to drinking water without needing to use as much electricity,. I've always assumed sodium hydroxide in its natural state of Ash, was Nature's natural cleanser, with rain washing over burnt out areas and draining into the environment. Sodium hydroxide in small doses in water could perhaps also work as a dewormer, just a thought. The nice thing about using your charcoal dewormer is there wouldn't need to be a withdrawal. before Slaughter and that could be handy for the caves.

It's a lot easier and cheaper to work with nature anyway. When installing a lawn or even juat gardening you always start wirh a good soil with a good culture. Plant or seed wjen appropriate (for grass mid to late autumn is actually the best time as it gives aotnof time for geination establishment before it gets hot in the summer). Allow some weeds loke clover and dandelions, and have a mix of grass seeds approximate to the climate.

Excellent content! I love asking a lot of the local conventional farmers what people did before we had all the modern drugs and watch the wheels turn. They eye of the master fattens the flock. I raise goats and they are so notorious for parasite issues. I don’t need to do fecals to tell if they are affected by worms. The condition of the animal tells me everything. The coat should be slick and shiny. The eyes should be bright and the mucous membranes pink. The animal should stand proudly and be alert and with goats at least should be looking for a way to be extremely annoying. LOL. Anything other than that needs attention. Always start with worm load because even if it is something else, stress causes the parasites to have a population explosion. Also, an animal can have worms and not be affected. If the animal is resistant to parasites then that’s good. I won’t worm them just because a fecal says they are there.
