So the deal doesn't mean Charlie can't be killed by angelic steel. It just means if they try, the deal's off, and the hellborn can fight back. Including Lucifer. Which is why he's so late to the party, he was honoring the deal till they attacked Charlie.

Lucifer's face when he saw Charlie's reaction to the destruction of the hotel and the deaths of Dazzel and Pentious. She was slipping into depression and knowing what that was like personally, he picked her up emotionally to support her and get her moving forward again which is something that he probably didn't get when he lost everything by being cast into Hell and his apparent subsiquint failure to redeem the sinners souls when he had attempted it.

Charlie doesnt have immunity from angelic weapons, she has diplomatic immunity.

Something i wanna point out, that was mentioned elsewhere, is bith Lute and Adams masks glitched out shortly after harming Hellborn demons. Lute killed Dazzle, and Adam assaulted Charlie. They went back on the contract that stated that Exorcists couldnt harm or kill Hellborn demons. So there is a very good chance that Lute in fact wont be leader of the Exorcist Army because she went against the contract, and might actually face sever punishment for killing Dazzle. This is also probably why Lucifer didnt ahow up to help at first, because he was bound by the same heavenly contract to not combat the exorcist army. But because Dazzle was killed, and Charlie was assaulted, the contract was now null-and-void. It was broken by two angels, and not Lucifer himself so heaven cant blaim him for fighting back to protect his daughter.

The fact that this is the first time in 10,000 years that Lucifer has seen sinners do something completely selfless, and it's all thanks to Charlie inspiring them gets me emotional

Dazzle was the goat demon that guards Charlie that died as the one Charlie rode on she called Razzle and I want to see how Razzle adapts to the loss of his brother in season 2

when vox and valentino are singing at the end, you can see the knife thrown at a torn up pic of Alastor, there os a bit of Vox in the pic taking the photo next to him. you can see also the photo is old style which probably what Alastor prefers since he's not fond of digital cameras. I'm guessing they really were old pals but something broke them apart

Razzle (Light red) Dazzle (Dark Red) Charlie took Razzle, and he survived. Dazzle is the one that died by Lute and got stabbed in the throat.

for your comment @15:21: Charlie can be harmed to an extent... Lucifer can only be harmed/killed by an angel of equal or more power, a seraph, but Charlie is a demon. She has red blood, not gold. Angelic weapons/power can still harm her, she's probably just more durable and definitely hella powerful. Lucifer did make sure she and other hellborn were pardoned from extermination though, and because she's his daughter she has diplomatic immunity as well.

I wish Sir Pentious actually managed to do something before Adam destroyed his blimp, and that Charlie got to do a bit more in the fight in general, but those are more nitpicking than anything. And in episode 7, I don't have much to complain about. I love what Sir Pentious was trying to do, and I really wanted to see Adam get hit by the death ray as the only time it ever does anything before it got destroyed. I feel like it would've rounded out the war machine obsession he had, with it finally doing something. But in honor is his noble sacrifice, Long Live Sir Repentious! I wanted Adam to be around a little longer, he was a fun antagonist.

For all that power displayed by Adam (he basically one shot Alastor), I love how Lucifer was just mocking him the entire time until Charlie almost got hurt. Then he slapped the shit out of him out of the sky and made a crater! (Props to Charlie for stopping Adam's shield busting punch) They are just not even in the same universe in terms of power and Adam knew it. He shat himself as soon as he saw Lucifer and was fighting him out of desperation. Also, Adam was counting on the agreement made with Heaven in that Lucifer would not interfere, but the dumbass got so blood lusted that he forgot that Lucifer would not give a shit about that agreement if Charlie was in danger. Also also, people say that Lucifer couldn't intervene because of a deal with heaven. I doubt that. I think up until now he was so depressed and a recluse that he just didn't care. After all, he was the one that was fine with the exterminations and let it happen in the first place. There was also a possibility that he just didn't know about the attack on the hotel until maybe Dazzle got killed, if he had a link with the dragons being his creations?.. I mean, Charlie didn't tell him, he is not omniscient and he doesn't watch tv.

I hope we see more of Lucifer in Season Two. That man would rip his entire kingdom in half for his daughter, and I’m loving it. (All of us with daddy issues really living vicariously through them rn XD).

I was the same way after Sur Pentious’ death. If I could’ve flipped something, I definitely would’ve. Like, _what_ ?? On one hand… EXCUSE YOU?? On another, it shows just how bad Adam’s aim is that he can only hit not moving/slow moving targets.

It’s funny to me how lots of random things get thrown into our faces in this final episode of the season. Like, we now know Lilith’s in heaven and made some kind of deal, Alastor is now even more desperate in searching for a way to break from the deal HE made and Sir Pentious proves that Demons CAN be redeemed as he ends up in heaven after getting disintegrated by Adam.

More than anything and the Reprise in this episode is my favourite, it has the most emotionally heavy tune. All the songs are fantastic but I keep coming back to that one.

So you saw that Vox and Val have a relationship so if you go back to when Vox says "this is better then sex" Val looks kinda sad and disappointed, and now the question is, is it truly better or just better then what Val does for him

Season 2 is confirmed and in production already, so no worries there. If pentious could die and ascend to heaven, its possible we will get adam reborn in hell next season too. I dont think this is the last we've seen of our terrible fuckboi. Someone pointed out this thing I didnt notice, but Alistor loses his radio effect when adam slices his cane. Maybe his effect was tied to the cane, but I like to think that he manually puts the effect on his voice and is just so shocked that he forgets to put it on in his panic. His fight also contains 2 of his 3 swears in the entire series, the first being his argument with Lucifer, his second being to drop a bar on Adam, and his third being "oh fuck, i just lost" The talk with Lilith at the end had one very imprtant word in it people dont seem to recognize through the shock. Lute says "your deal is done" Deal bing a very important word for a demon. Lilith had some sort of deal, and its contigent on adam being alive or not (IDK if she put a hit on adam, or if she made a deal with him personally that is void now that he is dead), and it means that lilith now cant hang out on her extra-planar beach like she has been.

One thing to note is that when Zestial is first introduced, He said that the rumors are Alastor fell into “Holy Hands.” Meaning he was probably captured by Heaven, or at the very least an Angel. And they potentially hold his chains. Speaking of Alastor, I’m getting the feeling that once he breaks said chains, he’ll be a major villain of the show. Am I am here for it. Alastor is still my favorite character either way

The Blessed usually appear outside the Pearly Gate. Pentious appeared right in front of Sera _instead._ As if SOMEONE was saying "Here's your _evidence,_ Sera. Better rethink your ruling." Seems like Charlie's Granddad is not only on board with her idea, but He _wants there to be no denying of this._ He may have even INTENDED for Hell to work exactly the way Charlie thinks it should to _start with_ and the only reason it was never discovered is BECAUSE of Adam's bullcrap and Sera's cowardice.

The way the power scale Adam in this episode is a masterpiece we haven’t seen him fight so we see him fuck up alastor and then just blinking out the sir. Pentious’s ship it’s brilliantly done

Also my headcanon for why Lucifer showed up at the end: Because for most of the time , Adam and the exorcists were attacking sinners, Lucifer couldn't butt in into the situation, because that was heaven's orders, but when Adam went directly for Charlie, his daughter, and a hellborn, he had every right to protect her, because that wasn't part of the Sera's deal.

My interpretation of a motivation speech from Charlie.. but probably now..the Plot build up from the Pilot..is done in some way. There will be consequences for both sides..but maybe in the End.. when the "real threat" arrives... Charlie speaking ! "Good morning. In less than an hour, Overlords, Demons, Hellhounds, Imps and Sinners from here will join others from around hell. And you will be launching the largest battle in this history of hellkind. Hellkind -- that word should have new meaning for all of us today. We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore. We will be united in our common interests. Perhaps its fate that today is the 1 million birthday of hell... and you all will be fighting for our freedom, not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution -- but from annihilation. With the Radio Demon at the end, the Irony is that if he had sacrificed himself fighting Adam trying to protect Charlie and the others he quite probably would have been redeemed as well.. but he wasn't willing to make the sacrifice in the end. :)

I don’t know who’s death was more sad, Pentious or the eggs. RIP all the eggs and Pentious (I didnt know if frank was dead or alive because they all sounded the same)

Alastor got injured pretty badly too. You will notice when you rewatch it. his blood was on adams blade. His powers stopped as soon as adam broke his staff. However he managed to fend off that attack. There are cracks in the floor around him from it. He also lost his radio voice because he was caught off guard. Then adam slashed him across the chest. you can see the wound and the blood as he is getting up. Next time we see him he is distressed because he almost died for his friends, something he would not naturally do. Even admitted to liking them at the beginning of the episode. Allows them to group hug him after he shows up. Vees called him a coward while they were sitting there doing nothing watching this go down while he was out there fighting for people he was just starting to care about. Was confirmed season 2 will about Alastor and the vees.

If you looked carefully when sir pensios tries to confess to cherri before the day of battle Charlie is all awww he's gonna confess but Vaggie pushes her

So this is just an idea I had, but after the ascension of Sir Pentious, I imagine that Sera would probably want to cover it up to not threaten Heaven, possibly because Heaven would still be uneasy after learning about the extermination as well as being pestered by Emily reminding her that Charlie was right, the souls can be saved, and that they killed thousands of innocent souls. Sera might want Emily to stay silent about Sir Pentious for everyone and not tell Charlie about Sir Pentious so Charlie doesn't learn that souls can actually be redeemed, and this might cause a rift between Sera and Emily where Sera knows Emily is right but is so devoted to maintaining the order of Heaven that she can't allow herself to accept it; she'd feel guilty but doesn't show it, where as Emily would start to question Heaven and maybe even be so frustrated at the way of things that maybe Emily would make a trip to Hell to tell Charlie about Sir Pentious. Possibly depending on Lute's and Lilith's actions, maybe if Emily tried returning to see Charlie, she would be confronted by Lute, who then captures her and takes her back to Heaven to be confronted by Sera after learning that Emily has been going behind Heaven's back, and despite Sera's objections, Lute suggests that Emily's actions go against Heaven's ideals and that Emily should be cast to Hell as a fallen angel. If this does happen personally, I'd love to see a moment where, however, angels are cast out of heaven or hell and Emily turns to face Sera and tells her, "Better to be fallen than fall in line."
