Wow! At first I was wondering why she made the bed, sofa and table first and the house around them. I realised when she was putting the roof frame up that she wanted the sun and air to dry the mortar first before it became dark. And it's amazing how she finished the cement with her hands and not a metal and wood trowel/float. Good work.
These girls are amazing. Even if all the materials were supplied I still wouldn't be able to put this together. I'm addicted to these videos. Thanks for making tem available . Amazing ❤❤❤
Praise the Lord for the gift He has given you my sister..This just shows us how much God loves us and have given us many gifts and talents to use for His Glory and Honor...Continue with the gift God has given you that others may be encourage to take that journey also....Sister Joy...you are a breath of fresh air to the soul...Praise the Lord
So we all know there was plenty editing and planning behind this etc, but man hats off to her for being so skilled, to the point she stays clean, because she's aware of her surroundings and working in a calculated way. Where she's at, wherever it is, it's rich in resources as in building materials. I would love to see her in other environments, like on a snowy mountain, or on a tropical island where it's just volcanic rock as the ground, or in a desert. That should be the next level of off grid home building 😉🤙.
I have seen many different types of Bamboo Houses, and Shelters, but this one is the most outstanding! The very hard work, the Artistic Design, and Ingenuity! This Young Lady is Amazing! If I were a Millionaire; I would hire to Design, and build me a House! I am saving this Video, to watch over, and over again! Thank You Young Lady!
No se si es mas increíble verla hacer todo eso o imaginar el potencial que todas las personas tenemos si nos proponemos algo. Es una gran inspiración mi amiga saludos y un gran abrazo.
I also want to live in this magical jungle where you can go into and just come back with all the building materials you need, all precut and aged and ready for use. It's almost too good to be true,...
I was wondering if it was just my cynicism showing, but it's in title as an off grid house, not a survival house. If you've got endless building materials, endless nails and a hammer, the tools to split bamboo, why wouldn't you bring a brush to sweep the area? Why not a large hammer to drive the stakes into the ground? Why not bring a tape measure? Why use termite "clay"? Why not a solar powered pump to bring water to the site and solar powered lights? Why not bring soft furnishings? Why build a cooker when you could bring it with you? Why not build the house using bricks, blocks and a tiled roof? I'm not denying the work required, or the skills displayed but if it's a survival house you have to balance the energy required to build something vs the benefits, if it's off grid, you don't have to build it pretending to use forrest resources.
@@jaidee9570 There’s an industry behind these kinds of videos. An offscreen crew does most of the work. You film enough to make it look like one or two people doing all the work. Get a bunch of hits on your video, then churn out another to get more RU-vid dollars. We know there must be at least ONE other person with her, just based on the shots that have a moving camera.
I noticed that as well. I've also watched a couple of other sites which build fast like this and somehow the work only takes minutes when anywhere else it takes weeks or months. There is a site that actually shows you how to build houses like this, or roundhouses, or ones partly in the ground and what have you. All built from scratch using wood from local trees - all cut, debarked etc onsite, on camera - and then they use mud and brush to windproof the walls and roof. One thing they all have in common, the HOUSE is built first and the furniture/stove is built afterwards, yet she spends at least a week - if it IS just her working - making a mud bed (complete with bedside tables), mud sofa and mud table but no mud oven to feed herself on/with before even bothering to put up the walls and roof. When one person does everything backwards I start to become very cynical indeed.
Having lived remotely, and done a fair bit of building using existing resources, I agree - the oversimplification of the process makes for viewers/hits, but is not based in reality...........I watched another of these earlier - after building the structure, she cooked a steak on a little fire.......Hmmmmm.....where did that food come from??? I didn't see any fridge, or butchering happening.....
It takes weeks to do this! Machine washing and drying every evening ought to help! But all these artists are so gifted! No clay, jungle nor bamboo fields where we are, unfortunately. All we can do is watch in absolute awe!
I know right! How does she do that? How does she always go into the bushes and comes out with the correct supplies every time! Simply amazing! I hope she gets paid for doing all that.
This is the first time I have ever seen someone build the furniture before the house. This young lady is truly skilled; however, I would not enjoy sleeping on a hard bed with a hard pillow.
I thought the sequence to building a house was the house first then the bed and chairs etc but wow she changed the whole equation and built the furniture first incredible this innovation totally outside the box
Unbelievable the craftsman ship and time and skill in creating a beautiful living space in dense bush with very little tools. These people are true survivors.
In the image of God made He them, this young lady is made in the image of God. She is very gifted, God spoke and the world came to be this young lady carved and it came to be. Brilliant!
Is she the same person that builds other shelters? Like the underground one? If so, she is great at finding an area already precut and leveled. Wow how lucky can one get? We know she can’t be alone as certainly there is a video crew for this production. At least I learned something that an old termite hill can be used to mix with water to make plaster/cement. From the amount mixed it doesn’t look enough for what’s used. Too many steps missing. The editing leaves one wondering. How many days did it take?
She had about 20 guys video taping her and telling her how to do it granted she looks like she's somebody that knows what she's doing but it's all been planned out
Hellow my dear lady surely good taste i like your house that you have build for me it is the best bamboo house thaz i have ever seen. The way you build it is so amazing and awesome i can watch this video over and over just the way you build it. This house is realy the best bamboo house i have ever seen people build.
Incredible. She has obviously told a lot of blokes to get lost. The boss, the assistant bosses, the foremen, the union reps, the OH&S rep, the safety committee, The electrical supply team, the delivery drivers, the laborers, plus no electricity, no phones, no power tools, no tea breaks, not even a tape measure. That young lady is amazing.
No sweat stains, not tired. Fresh every second. Not tru. There is about two weeks or more time in building this place. Not stopping to eat, drink wash clothes. DREAM
💕 Absolutely gorgeous! How long will you live in this home? It took quite a bit of time to make ... I also wonder if she or the other Builders there have to take the structure down?! 🤔
She is working with "proper building materials" for the place, intent and situation. The materials you're talking about are very modern while her materials are ancient. That they are ancient does not mean they are not "proper."
Impressive. She built by herself? I wish there are no cuts in the video. Were the materials premade, precut? If not, wish show vid of her material preparations.
