Incredible! I've never had such delicious Dinner! Simple and quick Tortilla Recipe ready in Minutes
Ingredients
1/2 onion(chopped)
3 garlic cloves
200g beef ground
Paprika, black pepper, and salt
oil
10g fresh parsley
Tortillas 2
Cheese, mozzarella
Recipe:
Heat on medium.

1/2 onion
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Place the onion in the pan.
Fry for around 2 minutes.
3 garlic cloves
23cm Tortilla
cut 1 inch around the tortilla
Cut the remaining tortilla into dice.
Put into the pan
Cook for 2 minutes.
200g lean ground beef
Fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
Season with salt to taste
season with black pepper to taste
Taste for paprika
10g green onion or parsley (Finely cut)
Pour into the pan
Set aside for some time
1 (23cm) tortilla
Cheese, mozzarella
Place the meat inside the tortilla.
Add some additional mozzarella cheese.
Wrap in the little tortilla.
More mozzarella cheese should be sprinkled around the borders.
Fold the tortilla in half as shown.
Cover the tortilla with a plate to keep it in place.
Heat on medium.
Butter or olive oil
flip the tortilla over.
Place the tortilla in the pan.
Apply some oil to the top.
3 minutes in the fryer
flip the tortilla
Fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Done!
Crispy and delicious!
It is ideal for lunch, supper, or as a snack!
