Very nice, well maintained. I would definitely take down wall in kitchen to make a nice large room as you suggested. Looks like you could add a bedroom or two in attic space with adfition of windows and skylights. While on main road, there is light traffic. Big bathroom with huge shower. Nice big yard with very healthy looking trees.

Definitely a bargain! Would have to do something with that kitchen, but otherwise in great shape, with views and olive trees! Who needs anything more?!?!?!

This home is well maintained and well-priced. I would definitely open the kitchen to the fireplace room. I would also consider adding large archways in the kitchen/dining area and the living room to the entryway to more or less connect the "living" areas. The room used as a current dining room could be a small third bedroom or even taken in to enlarge the bedroom next to the bathroom. This would allow you to add an ensuite bathroom and built in closet to create a grand master suite.

The absolute first thing I would do is remove the wall to the kitchen and hit IKEA for a new set up along with some tile. That location looks really good though. Nice one 👍🏻

Hi Rino - definitely a lot of house for the money and barely any remedial work required. I agree - the kitchen situation is a bit bizarre. Are they trying to hide the cooker? - who knows?🤔 Some of the smaller rooms seem to lack an obvious purpose so a remodelling would be a good idea imo. The garden has great potential and and views from the rear are very nice too. The downside for some people will be the big road right outside - but for this money you can't have everything! Definitely a bargain.

Really interested in this place! Room for big wood / metal / hobby areas, lovely land / trees / area, in great condition, and what an amazing value for the asking price! Definitely agree about opening up the kitchen to the main room - maybe even (if possible) remove the other wall to incorporate that large entrance area to make a large cooking / dining / living area. Even an agriturismo in easy walking distance! Thanks as always for showing us, and for your excellent camera work and descriptions / ideas!!

I guess Italians don't like to get really comfortable. They have a dining table in most living rooms and sit around that all day, and the couch is in a corner and always looks uncomfortable. We Americans, on the other hand, like big overstuffed chairs and sofas to sprawl on and a big screen TV to watch football or something. 😂😅😂 That garage and the attic are really huge. You could move a whole tribe of Bulgarians in and never see them.😂😅😂
