It's amazing to see someone transfer what they see in their mind's eye to a beautiful piece of art. No CAD, no CAM, just an artisan's eye, hands and crude tools- simply, perfection!
The guy did not create the horse on the fly. He must have done the same or similar horse pattern hundreds of times. I have seen in the crafts shops displaying many pieces of the similar patterns that are handcrafted the same way.
No words to explain how I felt by watching this.. Its like he has given birth to that horse.. Mother carry child for 9 months this is similar to a mother.. Hats off.. The final smile of him after finishing, is like he seeing his son getting into a beautiful shape. I feel the name of the artist should be displayed
One cutting blade, two different sized carborundum discs, one small core bit and a calico mop, all on a bench grinder..... sheer brilliance!! I've been working with marble and granite for forty years and could not get even remotely close to this level of skill. Pure artistic genius.
The quality of the product when I think in terms of their tools, no PPE, no chair, no safety guards on that grinder is I think phenomenal, I get he's probably produced more than a few hundred to get that good but still, he's got some pretty good skills, good video.
That's very TRUE. They have chronic cough . Often gets particles embedded in cornea . If it comes to the worst , they might lose a finger or more. BUT , they often don't earn enough to have safety kits. Or they choose not to wear them as they might cause discomfort , hindrance and they want to do art in their way .
I feel sorry for the man, no dust mask. Marble dust is very fine and can go in the lungs and cause silicosis. Hope this channel buys that man some dust mask with youtube ad profits.
@@knowthinself8107 I'm used to train glass bowers in India and one day went to the glass bead making factory and the guys were costing the inside of beads by sucking silver nitrate up the tubes before the beads were cut off. I asked one of the people there how long do these guys live? He said to about only until Thier 50s. I was blown away and even the glass factory I taught in had no exhaust ventilation and cheap eye wear. When I asked about it they said they couldnt afford to do any of that and be profitable so they don't. You should see the videos of the covid masks being made in sweat shops. You'll never buy one of those blue masks again.

I also do carving on semi precious stones. To get that final result I would have used more than dozens of small diamond beet. But this man is incredible by using only few big round grinder he easily obtained that beautiful output.❤️
I would have laughed in the face of someone if they have told me that somebody was able to make a figurine of a horse made from a single piece of marble using only a circuy cutting disk , this was absolutely amazing
The artist had such a clear vision of how his piece should look and his eye hand co-ordinated to bring it to life. Awesome. Brilliant skill in using a circular saw.
Love to see the artist's beautiful smile and joy at the end. I wish they would use all the protective gear and particularly wearing the mask. His health is more important. Lots of luck.
Aajaa! Aahaa! Aahaahaa! Very skillful and intricate craftmanship! He virtually brings out that sparkling White Horse out of that Marble block, very precisely and taht too without even prickit that horse! Phenominal skill! That too, he is doing all those cutting, grinding, polishing, grooving and engraving works on that Marble block WITH JUST ONE CUTTING WHEEL! Michael Anjelo!! After finishing the sculpture , that contented and humble smile! Great!
Incredible, amazing. I can't find words to describe this man. He is a genius. A master craftsman. I was just scared that he could have got hurt if his grip on the sculpture slipped.
Admirations and Admirations to the talented craftsman. No words in front of your talent and your job enthusiasm. Special loving pieces from wood and marble. So, a medal for this living noble steed. Many thanks for you hard working, sir.
I keep thinking when is he going to get the smaller tools, ok, maybe now he will get some delicate tools to do the final steps. I couldn't believe he would carve the entire thing on that one piece of equipment. Amazing!!!!
I appreciate his work for working on a delicate item like marble and with so big cutter and such less resources. If it was me, I would either have broken it so many times of have lost my fingers. He deserves to have pen size trimmers and cutters etc.
This VDO has proved that human hands can carve faster than a CNC machine. So accurate and beautiful. The artisan was very confident, completed the whole carving just with two tools. God bless him. This place looks to be in Pakistan....

Me: I'll watch a thriller tonight. Also me: Nah! Let's watch this man carving a horse in marble with a giant blade close to his fingers! Result : anxiety level hit the roof. Sigh of relief when it was over. Gorgeous horsey! AMAZINGLY skilled artist!
Literally the most useful people on earth. I see these guys welding with car batteries and melting down soda cans and casting pots and pans out of them.
Fabulous workmanship....with just basic tools and the techniques of a master sculpturist...that was so enjoyable to watch. Thank you from San Francisco.
Really worried for his health, he should wear a mask on with all that dust. I hope after this video someone make sure he is waring some kind of protections for his hands and lung. Hand gloves and mask is a must if we want to see this man continue with his excellence craft.
PPE is an encumbrance. Even Americans prefer to work with out safety gear, even though its required. Most people cry about wearing a covid facemask in public, but try sweating through a particle mask and foggy safety glasses for +10hr straight in extreme filth. Lots of laborers dont have the luxury of worrying about PPE because theyre trying to be as comfortable as they can to get through the day. Office workers wouldnt last 1hr with gloves and a air sealed mask with safety glasses, so what makes you all think these guys are willing to put on this stuff. Im telling u from experience. This guy not wearing safety glasses, is actually helping him not chop his fingers off. .. hes screwed either way. Gloves will not save him from that saw, and in fact, will cause a problem taking off if he gets his hand caught. Also, u can see his fingernails are rotting. Lots of people cannot use work gloves because their hands will get eaten up with bacteria. Ive seen this at work. I had to wear latex gloves for 12hrs a day, but some coworkers couldnt have their hands covered for more than an hr because their skin would fall off. Same thing with hearing protection. He must have significant hearing loss by know with those saws grinding up marble. But guess what, heaving ear plugs for 8hrs a day will cause an ear infection. Ive already lived through it. These guys are just fucked.
@@CCCL350 I believe what you've said is true. But still safety is much more important than comfort, I believe those doctors in ICU performing their surgeries need to wear multiple gears of protections for themselves and their patients for hours too, those constructions workers with safety helmets and gloves without those might kill them, yeah, I agreed with your that sometimes those gear themselves might cause discomfort and delayed or even put them in some kind of dangers, but the benefits outdo the danger. Only my opinion, and only wishing the best for this talented artist.
Mannnn I kind of felt the same its hard like its great to work and have thise abilities but then no respirators amd some people just under pay for this art
Being poor it's an state of mind . They don't have any money and they don't care about money they are very happy with his life your inner state of hapinnes or lacking of it it's showing it the way you do you work. If you're one with the spirit no money it necessary and you will do a master piece it's an honor to see such great master.

8 and I have been working on the same for the last few months and have been working on the project management and project management project management
There is no PPE for the man. How would his lungs be and his hearing. Would love to have one of those horses, but I would want to pay him. Great work and a great artist.
@@Thuglife-fx1qg He knows he needs Protective equipment surely but chooses not to. He’s obviously long enough at the job, with his level of experience. To have saved enough money to buy some protection for his lungs by now. Surely even some rag covering his airways would be better than nothing. He chooses not to do so. Can’t be bothered.
He is just happy to feed his family. Only those who are pampered and coddled bitch about amenities others dont have while they snub their noses at the prices of craftsmanship who do have those amenities.
The saw blade has more of a chance to pull and break your finger than it does to cut you those blades cut rock but they won't cut fingers. Him not wearing a ventilator is the most dangerous thing here
Reall doesn’t cut fingers 🤷♂️🤷♂️mate it a diamond blade going around at about 700rpm you put your fingers in the way see how many you have left 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Really incredible, see the satisfaction on his face, hats off to you artist. I was thinking that you need lot of other tools to do this, but you finished with just three tools.
