What are u telling,China will reclaim all it has lost. First thing first China must know how to respect the:- 1.sovereign countries, 2.their neighbors,(Tibet and East Turkistan). 3.acknowledge written agreements. If you think China wanted to build their empire sorry, most of the countries will boycott, your trading will be affected and finally your super economy will collapse. Tibet at 1914 was a part of China, that is why China's representative was in the Simla meeting or it would make no sense to have China in the meeting, the UK scholar's article recorded this "The Simla Conference as a whole failed when the Chinese Government refused to recognize the validity of the initialling done by their delegate Chen I-fan. The Foreign Secretary to the Government of India concludes that "the Simla Convention has not been signed by the Chinese Government or accepted by the Russian Government and is, therefore, for the present invalid." In Chinese history, the 1911 revolution overthrew the Qing Dynasty. Upon inspection, you'll find that the aim of the revolution was to establish a "Harmonic Republic" comprising of 5 major ethnic groups of China, Han (the majority of Chinese) , Hui (Muslims), Tibetans, Mongolians, and Manchus. This republic was named the Republic of China (ROC), a name still utilized by the current government in Taiwan. The ROC was Asia's first democracy and the world's largest at the time. It's worth noting that during this period, there was no country known as India; instead, it was under British Raj.
the 93 96 agreement is the agreement for cease fire, not the settlement of the border, China's position is the border is not settled till today. China believe South Tibet is a part of Tibet , Tibet is a part of China, as Indian government also recognized and agreed, South Tibet is therefore a part of China too.

Arunachal and Ladakh are disputed territory left by British legacy. China's claim is that Ladakh and Tawang(Arunachal) are part of Tibet and were illegally occupied by UK and upon independence in 1947 handed over to India which rightfully belongs to Tibet and as now Tibet is part of China(also acknowledged by Dalai Lama), they claim that these 2 regions belong to them. So PRC have merits in their argument which cannot be dismissed just like that. So this is a complex issue.

This question of Arunachal Pradesh is a most complex one, in that Indian renamed it such in 1986, previously constituted part of the British North East Frontier. This section of Southern Tibet was transferred to Britain in about 1912 by Tibet, which China deemed as not binding because while Tibet was an autonomous province of China, China deemed that Tibet didn’t have the authority to change State Boundaries. So when India obtained its independence from Britain in 1947, the Republic of India assumed all territories under British rule as part of the new India. When the PRC took over control of China in 1949, it resumed control of Tibet from being an autonomous state by invading Tibet in 1951. Until then China was too weak to challenge Britain for the transfer of Southern Tibet to the NE Frontier as part of British rule from about 1912 during the collapse of the Qing Dynasty. It needs a lot of good will on the part of both China and India to resolve this dispute. It hinges on the legality of an autonomous province which Tibet was of China, to have its boundary changed. China denies Tibet having such power, but the other school of thought says in the affirmative, as well as claiming Tibet was an independent country. There will be a great deal of propaganda on this dispute, but the world community has to judge the merits of each claimant. Perhaps, splitting it down the middle may seem fair, but there is much emotion invested by both sides that a solution is a long way off.
South Tibet was never claimed by the British; the McMahon Line was merely proposed by the British in 1914 as a negotiation tactic with the Chinese government. However, no Chinese government ever agreed to it. This is why Tawang, which should be on the west side of the McMahon Line according to maps, remained under the control of the Tibetan local government throughout the British Raj period, rather than being controlled by the British Raj. Tawang was only occupied on February 14, 1951, not by the British, but by Nehru's dispatched army. The PLA reached Lhasa in October 1952. "Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu today announced that his government will set up a memorial for Major Bob Khathing, an Army officer who commanded a small team of soldiers to establish India's administrative control in Tawang, which borders China, in 1951."
