Sanskrit and Dravidian are different and ofcourse Tamil Nadu like other southern states have their own legacy streched to south east asia. They are very proud of their language. Better make people learn 2 languages Hindi and Tamil.

@@avibcci1297 Sanskrit should be a national language not Hindi. Sanskrit is the source of most of the languages, and the most advanced. Regarding Tamil, its up to the people who speak Tamil to decide if they want to speak both Sanskrit and Tamil. Much like every other State has their local language that the population speaks aswell.

Sanathana Dharma is intrinsically ‘secular” in fact the most advanced version of it. Bharath has been Dharmics for thousands of years. which is why it has been so tolerant of all other beliefs. The Islamists first and the Christians came here, looted what they could and finally left these lands but after dismembering it. If Bharath is to survive with what is left of it it should declare itself Dharmic and throw out the Western concept of ‘secularism’.🙏🏼🕉

I thoroughly enjoyed Ruchir Sharma's address and explanation of various stages of "independent" India. I'd however like to know what he thinks of the current political situation in terms of our civil liberties and fundamental rights because he gave a very wide berth to that situation.

Not merely India, the entire world is still colonized, progressively more so, as time proceeds. Colonization was proxy politics of the financiers then, then Europe & Church was used, later church was let out, and academics took over the job, America was used as the base of colonization as Super rich found that a better bases, though Europe and old centers of colonial nodes are not given up, now, in the global era gradually colonialism is emerging as a rule of super rich directly from virtual centers like google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft... China too is inducted into as a node for colonial project... This is never exposed as academics is the new church of current colonialism & social media takes care of public opinion.... Social media is directly run by 'liberal' super rich! Initially colonialism had racist, then religious, then world guardianship pretensions... As their domination is smoothened & became unchallenged they become 'liberal'... The colonial logic always modified into contemporary liberal.... Christianity, then modernity... Material secularism.... All sorts of ideals were used to camouflage the drive for global material accumulation & amass wealth by a few and promote their rule through all forms of governments and beyond... Be it Taliban, China, America, or Europe... The colonialism continues to use all and the super rich are the invisible triggers since it begun with claims of modernity.

Kids, don’t fall prey to his RSS ideology. India can’t become strong by becoming a Hindu nation. It becomes strong by providing better education, better health, jobs etc. to its citizens. It’s a shame that in 2022 we have 25% illiterates in india. Which is close to 35 crores. First improve these aspects and see why we won’t become strong in the global stage. This guy looks like an RSS mascot advocating their fascist hindutva ideology in English to corrupt and attract educated minds.

India is Sanatan Dharma and therefore a Dharma-cracy so why is the government not doing anything to change the constituition to reflect this and the education system as well. Communism is dead and Democracy is fatally flawed but Dharma caters to the people and the World in every aspect of life. Look at the knowledge Sanatan Dharma has given to the World, the World is run on Sanatan Dharma. The West likes to use the term Ancient as if to say India is old because they dont want to give India the credit as the ancient knowledge is running the so called Modern World. India's leaders need to change the country back to Dharma and you will see the progress India will make will be astonishing. There is so much more I can say but the leaders must just do this one thing change the country back to Sanatan Dharma.

A Political System for 21st Century Bharat India must adopt Presidential system with clear separation of power with First Pass Post System. It should have unicameral House not like Bicameral house. It is necessary because country like ours where there are so many religions, identities, languages, tribes, interests which can exploited easily by regional player and outside force. Presidential system can these things 1. Strong and Stable Leadership: The presidential system provides for strong and stable leadership, with a single person as the head of state and head of government. This can help avoid the political instability and indecisiveness that can come with a multi-party system. 2. Clear Separation of Powers: In a presidential system, the executive, legislative, and judicial branches are clearly separated, which helps to prevent abuse of power and promote checks and balances. 3. Faster Decision Making: With a unicameral house, the legislative process can be streamlined, allowing for faster decision making and more efficient governance. 4. Accountability: In a presidential system, the president is directly accountable to the people, which can help to promote greater transparency and accountability in government. 5. Avoiding Regionalism: A presidential system can help to reduce regionalism and promote a sense of national unity, as the president is elected by the entire country rather than by individual states or regions. 6. Strong leadership: A presidential system can provide for more decisive and stable leadership, as the president is directly elected and has greater authority to enact policies and make decisions. 7.Reduced political paralysis: A unicameral legislature could help reduce political gridlock and promote more efficient decision-making. 8.Greater accountability: A presidential system with clear separation of powers can help ensure that each branch of government is held accountable for its actions and can serve as a check on abuses of power. 9.Greater representation: A unicameral legislature could potentially provide greater representation for the people, as each member's vote would carry equal weight, regardless of which state they represent. 10.Simplified governance: With a clear separation of powers and a unicameral house, the overall structure of government could be simplified and streamlined, potentially reducing bureaucracy and increasing efficiency. 11.Clear Accountability: In a presidential system, the President is directly elected by the people, which makes him or her directly accountable to the people for the government's performance. This can result in greater transparency and accountability in the government . 12.Effective Governance: A presidential system can lead to more effective governance as the President has greater powers to make decisions and implement policies without being blocked by a divided legislature. This can result in more efficient and effective governance. 13.Faster Decision-Making: In a unicameral legislature, decisions can be made more quickly and efficiently as there is only one house to pass legislation. This can lead to faster decision-making and the ability to respond quickly to emerging issues and crises. 14.Reduced Corruption: A presidential system with a clear separation of powers can reduce the potential for corruption as power is distributed among different branches of government. This can help to create a more transparent and accountable government. 15.Increased Voter Participation: In a presidential system, voters have a direct say in who becomes the President, which can increase voter participation and engagement in the political process. 16.Better Representation: A unicameral legislature can provide better representation as there is only one house to represent the people's interests. This can result in greater responsiveness to the needs and concerns of the people. To Counter Regionalism, Bharat can limit regional political parties by these methods. 1.Increase the threshold for registration: The Election Commission of India could raise the requirements for registering a political party, such as increasing the number of members required or the amount of deposit that needs to be paid. 2. Implement state funding of political parties: If political parties are provided with public funding, they may be less reliant on private donations and may be more inclined to merge with other parties to increase their chances of receiving funding. 3. Implement a minimum vote share requirement: Parties that fail to meet a minimum threshold of votes in elections could be deregistered or merged with other parties. To counter Rogue Janapdas, Central government can appoint executive for administration with complete power at the place of chief Minister Just like Japan and They can have legislative assembly but this central government governor will put check and balance of legislative assembly. We need to make Japanapdas ecomonically strong and Bharat central government or Bharat as state has to be politically strong so for this we can give them limited power just like Japan as Japan is also Asian country which has achieved great heights and it has several language speakers just like Ainu: This is the language of the Ainu people, who are the indigenous people of Hokkaido, the northernmost island of Japan. Ryukyuan: This is a group of languages spoken in the Ryukyu Islands, which are located southwest of the main islands of Japan. The most widely spoken Ryukyuan language is Okinawan. Hachijō: This is a language spoken on the Hachijō-jima island, which is located about 300 kilometers south of Tokyo. Yonaguni: This is a language spoken on the Yonaguni island, which is located near Taiwan. Orok: This is a language spoken by the Orok people, who are an indigenous group living in Sakhalin, a large island north of Hokkaido that is now part of Russia. India must keep these two power which we have under current constitution one is Article 3 which gives Parliament power to alter any boundary without sate consent and another is President rule power by which it can transfer all power to central government. To encounter Religious Conversion, Bharat can adopt a policy that Dharmic faith ( Hindu Dharma, Sikha Dharma, Jain Dharma and Buddha Dharma) within Indian boundaries can't be converted to Abhramic Faiths but Dharmic faiths can be converted to other Dharmic Faiths and Abhramic faiths also can be converted to Dharmic Faiths but vice versa should not be allowed. Abhramic faiths can be practiced within Indian boundaries but they can't propagate their religion in any shape and form. It is done by Saudi Arabia since decades and UN did nothing so India can do same and even Bhutan does that but no an extent like Saudi Arabia.

The concept of Nation State never existed before colonization anywhere in the world but the Civilizations existed even before the British Empire was born. Interesting discussion, a little naive on geopolitical facts and strategies. India cannot change not because of colonial structures but because it is not able to be critical about the use of its own Hindu faith against itself. For example Mr Sharma does not detail how the British and Americans loved India’s caste system, the British and Americans control colonies by favouring the upper elites of those countries from Latin America to India. The caste system helped Britain in its rule and it is one of the reasons why India will never progress, there is no unique shared Indian history only perspectives.

This movement or dynamic structure is coming to an end in late stage capitalism and no doubt will start resembling the caste system practiced in India. However, other areas of the world are becoming more dynamic and it's this ability to change and move with the times and needs required that establish a dynamic culture from a static culture. India is a static culture, forever lamenting on what they used to be thousands of years ago because they are not able to change or imagine a future outside the realms where people have agency and dynamism.
