Further some states have started Super 30 concept where in 1 subject of Engineering in each district is selected and the standard is raised to the level of IIT and respective faculty members are trained at IIT .So that even s student in far off places get very high standards of Engineering Education

I passed NUST entrance NET after 12th by 2 days preparation after exams.. So we can't compare our universities exams with India's IIT where students study for years to get entered However graduates of these universities like NUST, GIKI, Lums are equally appreciated in world with thousands of opportunities

I have seen this interview full now. there are 14 lakh kids who appear for 20k seats in IIT. A average 10std student in India has more knowledge and acumen than masters guy from pakistan. There are close to 23 IIT now. When I was studying in 1990 there were only 5 IIT with total 1000 seats. BTW I am IIT IIM product.

Hey guys with due respect don’t listen to this guy he himself doesn’t know what he is talking about ….. I myself prepared for iit entrance exam for 4 years and gave 3 attempts for jee mins still didn’t clear it in my first attempt of jee mains I get 82 /360 in second in 2015 I got 94/360 and in third and final attempt that anyone can give with collage studies I get 123/360 and cut off marks was 100 in year 2016 ..I bet admission in civil engineering in nits but continued with mechanical …….but that also middle level nit not top ones …I then prepared for MTech and joined gate exam coaching from 2nd year and get into iit Guwahati CFD module …after few days I opt out of course and prepared for merchant navy for few month and get into Anglo eastern maritime collage Mumbai the biggest company with more than 800 Cargo ship operated in India that time may be in 2021 then covid happens and I opted out of that course too ..then prepare for civil services cleared prelims but failed mains 2 time in addition to it did my post graduation in big data technologies from CDAC Bangalore ….after that…I I left it too and now going to prepare for mba entrance exam like GMAT CAT …moral of story is in India this is story of millions of students not just me so this is the level of completion here you won’t see it in many countries ….but Indian students most of them don’t get involved in unnecessary debate but working contiously their head down and that is what is the fuel of India’s economic engine ….hard working moderate less talkative more goal oriented Indian minds
