Is there seriously nothing taller in China? Hard to believe since like 90% of the worlds tallest road and rail bridges are there... Great achievemnt by Modi govt as usual for kickstarting another project that laid on paper for decades
I am not a person who supports political parties. But Modi as a PM is doing awesome job especially for North East.... The Dhola-Sadiya bridge.... They'll open the Bogibeel bridge this year.... We can hate Modi but we can't ignore him like we did to Atal vihari Bajpayee
the north eastern states which were neglected by pseudo gandhis and congress regimes , are provided better infra with long term vision and uplifting them. They should not lag behind other states and deserve due consideration at par with others. How many decades since independence it took for trains to chug into tripura , manipur, meghalaya etc. Only sikkim is devoid of a rail line in india so far and our PM will make it happen too.
yes thats the chenab bridge , right? thats the tallest rail bridge of any type (cantilever, cable stayed, arch, girder anything). This bridge in the NE is the tallest girder bridge.
