This Problem is faced by many tourists leaving from Indian Airports who are harassed by Check In Counters of Various Airlines they don't have a platform to speak but i have addressed this video to every airline staff working at indian airports either don't take bookings of one way flight on tourist visa or if you take then issue boarding pass without any problems don't become immigration.

Yatri doctor, you are not a doctor nor are you an airline staff. That is why you do not know the rules nor the laws of immigration. There are many passengers with legitimate tourist visas who are travelling for the purpose of working which is illegal as per the law. When these passengers are caught at the destination or intermediate airports they are deported with heavy fines to the airline. So it is the job of the airline and the local immigration to screen the travellers for genuineness. Just because uninformed and ignorant people like you feel insulted doesn't mean it is a wrong practice. First learn the laws and rules of international travel before you criticise them. You are just a small time youtuber not an expert. BTW as a doctor haven't you heard of guidelines and ethics. I'd love to know which great medical college you are studying in for the past so many years. You should be helping the country in this time of hardship and shortage of doctors instead of running around the world and enjoying yourself. Talk about character

Counter staff are not only trained to profile and screen passengers but are also briefed by immigration and other authorities from certain countries who wish to stop undesirables from boarding at the point of origin. Doctor baba is not a trained airline staff to contest these practices. If he or you or any frivolous characters have any doubt you can enquire with the immigration officials whether the counterstaff was within his rights to question " doctor baba". Instead of simply pretending to be a big shot he should have made a complaint there itself instead of talking to his low-level janta. But I suppose he realises he would end up looking like a joke. You are one of the typical gullibles. Grow up doctor bhai - if you were genuine you would understand but you are just a mediocre ytuber.

Totally understand your situation. I had a similar experience at T3 while boarding a United flight to NY. The flight associate harassed me by asking personal details like where I work.. Where do I stay in US.. how long have you been staying in US.. Its none of their business if I have valid visa and tickets to travel. Finally got rid of them once they apologized. Its actually the airlines management in India which has given the liberty to its employees to ask such annoying questions and harass passengers.

Airline checkin counters can't ask you immigration questions apart from VISA requirements. Nothing else. The immigration department at the destination country has the right and duty to take care of your immigration.

If your entry point is Tunisia then you surely can travel there without a visa but at Tunisian Border control you need to show a confirmed hotel booking and a confirmed return ticket. This is a prerequisite to enter Tunisia, therefore you don’t need to argue over these requirements at the airport’s check in or immigration control . However this is soon going to change as they are working on their online eVisa system.

You should try the staff in Newark, New Jersey USA airport. One of my friend bag was overweight by 1 kg, 24 Kg instead of 23 Kg. The air ticket person told him to leave the queue, adjust the weight and come again. He waited and came again, this time it was 23.2 Kg. For the 200 g, he was told to leave the queue again. He said if he can adjust in standing on one side, they refused. It took him over 1 hour in this whole process. Have listened to similar experiences from other people.

1. You travel many countries still you don't know that Indian government have rule that if anyone leaving country on tourist visa have to show return ticket to Indian immigration if they ask. 2. International flights rules if layover is 12 hour's or more airlines provide hotel & visa. To avoid this cost airlines didn't allow anyone who have layover more than 12 hour's. Only middle East airlines do afford this.

We had a similar dirty scene in 2004 with Air France from Dulles to Mumbai. So we had not booked applied for transit visas for our journey via France. They didn't tell us when we booked and then we were not allowed to catch our flight we lost a couple of hundred dollars. Next 3 days we had to make 2 trips to the French embassy in Washington D.C to get our Transit visa stamped. Trust me it gets hard, but I recall visiting a temple and we got to know we got Transit visas approved a day later. Immigration at Charles De Gaule was smooth but it was tormenting for days. Still gives us the goosebumps:p i was 7.

Bhai u didn't complete the sentence what and why the staff asked u value of 1000$. 1)I will explain u because every one should get clear information. When u land to different country n if sent u back due any reason. Airline get fine of 1000$ by immigration n airline will debit that amount from staff salary. For you 1000$ is not big deal but think about that staff. And different countries has different fine amount India fine 1 Lakh to airline. 2) u told about hotel bookings n return tickets. If u traveling on tourist purposes for any country its a immigration law to have hotel booking and return tickets. It's just because it confirm that u have place to stay in their country and u will exit their country. They check because many people mis use tourist visa. 3) if you have visa doest means u will get entry to any country. It's depend on immigration officials if you don't full fill they terms they will send u back. And bhai when u complaining about something please tell full stories not half side of story. You are educated but behaving like uneducated.

This is something same happened with me when I was travelling to Goa from Delhi with Vistara Airlines as they denied my boarding just because of 5 minute and he told me gates are closed 60 minutes prior to departure in domestic and the person was so rude his name was Amit working for Vistara Airlines Delhi Airport. He is one of the rudest person and bad experience with airlines

Navankur bhai same thing happened with me . I was travelling from IGI Airport to Georgia (Tbilisi) . It was my first time on an airport and I was so depressed .Bhut preparation karke ghar se nikla mai and jaise hi boarding pass lene gya wo bole ki hum aapko board nhi kar skte kyuki aapka passport fresh hai . Mere paas return ticket , hotel booking , 1200 usd cash tha . Har ek cheez jo chahiye thi mere pe thi , bus is liye ki mera passport fresh hai and deport hone ka dar hai , wo mjhe board hi nhi karne de rhe the I called my friend who is very successful he asked me to put pressure on them and I started arguing Last ke 5 minutes me boarding pass diya mereko and mai deport bhi nhi hua.

Air France is one of the best airline of Europe.. it’s the only airline from Europe you can trust that would fly from India under VBM. I recently flew return from Berlin to Mumbai with Air France.. the service is no doubt the best.. by the way my flight from Paris to Mumbai was also from gate L42 😂.. anyways wish you good luck with your journey
