Josh just tuned my dark horse, man did it help! Wow almost like a new bike... tho I wasn’t prepared for him to “drill” holes in my new DND exhaust.. told him I wasn’t expecting to have to murder anyone today... we laughed. 😶 those guys really are awesome!

Check out Dobeck tuners. Tell them your motor and any extra goodies, and they send it with accurate presets (never had to touch mine). Under $300, diy.

So timing is what cooled the bike down. Sounds like the manufacturer is purposely doing it to get under emissions.

Paco Loco I’ve replied to that before, not sure why the answers aren’t showing. They insert a little brass machine screw and that seals her up. Thanks for watching!

Love the video, it's the second time I've seen it, curious, did she ever let you decat the bike? I just de catted mine with a swap from a guy in KY when I drove out to see my kids and grandkids there, Very cheap and did an awesome job. So, will need to save for the tuner, (which one?) and then look for a dyno. I may need to check it out when I go out to Colorado this spring. Thanks for letting me see the beautiful Ms Barbara, she always makes your video's worth watching. ;-)

@@TwoIndians But does she know that de-catting it won't make it louder at all, just cooler and being in Florida in the summer time I can't imagine she would be opposed to that. Now if you put some other mufflers on then it would be louder but not just that.

That is the exhaust, air gets sucked in on the intake side and pushed out the exhaust. Shavings are probably in the CAT since it still has a CAT.

Ok. A question here. 1st, for my wife and I, we are getting two bikes, both RoadMasters. 1 into a trike, for her (as she has balance issues sitting up on two wheels), the other for myself for longer rides (100+ miles). I may get something else for a daily compute into work (not sure what 40 miles one way). Are you saying, a new bike, stock on the day of pickup, needs this, before i pull off the lot with it? Yes, I know alllllllllll about it. She will not let me make any mechanical changes to the bike. She doesn’t want it louder or anything different. If you see my other videos you’ll know I’m of a different opinion. Hahaha
