I haven't had a problem with my 2018 roadmaster yet to need the plug change crossing my fingers the dealership told me at 15000 miles I'm at 11. Thanks for the video made a head ache seem like a cake walk.
I just changed em because I wanted better plugs to go w the tune, pipes, PM intake, and setup.Old shovelhead owner here.Trying to make it a little better, without fixing it til she's broke!
Thanks for the video! I was hesitant until seeing this and will be replacing mine today. Do you have any idea what the torque is when replacing the plugs? Thanks again
@@itoddc6121 Hi Todd, I gapped mine for a 2016 Chieftain @ .40. This particular Chieftain also wears Rinehart Slimline Dual Exhaust system, Rinehart 4" Slip-on for Indian Touring, VooDoo intake, Indian Stage 2 cam set, PV3 by Dynojet, tuned by an Indian specialist in Arizona. The Indian tech in Sturgis said this Chieftain is a beast, he never would have thought it's a Thunder Stroke 111! =) When I rode it from Sturgis, home to Montana 2 weeks ago, the Iridium plugs got me 2--3 more mpg
