Still making a few adjustments to make Brenda's Chief fit her for comfort. Soon we will be taking a two week ride around the Great Lakes, and comfort is important.
Rick, you should have made brackets from the windshield to the original bolt hole in the bag and that way it would have raised it up higher so she can use it more easily.
Since we didn't pay much for that little bag, and the fact that Indian just came out with a really cool bag for her bike, we are going to go with that. Want a little bag?
Nice video, I am going to have to get the wife to take a look at this one to see if she wants to do the seat and possibly the front bag too! Do you have a link to the bag?
No link, just Google small windshield bag, and it should come up. I think it was 19 bucks. Did you see the video called CLUNK? We had a warranty issue. Wondering if you did too.
Hy .. i own a Indian Chief Dark-Horse 2022 and yes ,the rear fender beiyng ,,factory bobbed" it does throwing water on the back when riding under the rain ☝️ But , i have found on the site of Iron Optics in Germany ,a Chief '22 and newer license plate central relocation support ,and combined with a rubber plate to fulfill the gap between the support and the fender is used as a protection agains that water comming from the tire .You can preserve the OEM turn signals if you mount the system betweel the frame fender struts and the turn signals ..it''s not ugly at all and it's very usefull 👍
