Very nice ma'am but section 93 not specifically mentioned about which evidence oral or documentary so how can we assume that it talks only about oral evidence, what is the reasoning behind it.

Because this section is in chapter VI of part II in which exclusion of oral evidence by documentary evidence is given. In other words chapter VI or Part II gives the situations along with exceptions where oral evidence cannot be given but the documantery evidence can be given. By the way nice qusetion.

These all falls under chapter VI of Part II of IEA. This chapter describes those circumstances where oral cannot be given but documentary can. More simply this chapter drafted as to describe where oral evidence cannot be given so wherever it is mentioned in this chapter that evidence can be given it means or talks about oral evendince.
