I like the use of nylon wire loom as the "assembly aid". I also like the idea of going from the bottom of the bars to the grips instead of the other way around. I've seen other videos where they de-pinned all the connectors and ran them the other way, sounds scary. Can you tell me if a 2022 Scout Rogue's wiring would also allow for this method?
That is a pretty cool idea. I have used for many years a pull chord from a lawn mower. I get that through the bar by using compressed air. Then attach the wiring to the cord with electrical tape. I pull the wiring aiding with the wire from the clothes hanger at the tight turns (some handlebars the turns are right down to extreme). I recommend never to apply force like that to the wiring.
