It is sad that the technicians are not provided hand glows and,uniform safety gears.They deserve automated tools to dismantle such large equipments.Using bate hands will sure damage the joints when they are found.Someones innocence is exploited.I am sure some responsible railway leadership will do the needful to these wonderful human beings.jai hindh
I worked in these PSUs its India bro they are given safety gear but They work hardly for 4 hours unlike a Loco pilot or the line worker.so they don't change or have any decent changing rooms. After removing these two plates probably they went home to watch cricket .
Whenever I dismantle small motor n disiel engine i wash n clean it with disiel..pack new grease or new bearings if nessary ...and reassemble its at a different scale its too big

सबके पास यूनिफार्म होती है मगर 1 हफ्ते मैं जी ख़राब हो जाती है oil और greas के कारण इस लिये पूरा साल बार बार यूनिफार्म सिलवाना पॉसिबल नही है तो पुराने कपड़े ही पहने पड़ते है ताकि 1 हफ्ते के बाद फेक सके

Shameful, in 2020 people are using primitive equipment and zero safety procedures. INDIA will not get out of its shithole using primitive technology. I remember seeing slot screws on military equipment, so ignorant.
