For those commenting that you put them on backwards, I think JES should make this a lot clearer. I installed them on one of my Indians and I'm about to purchase them again. I'm still not sure I have them installed right on my first bike. I'm going to go double-check after seeing this.
Hello Carleton. Yes, I am still happy with these lower wind deflectors. I purchased them from 5427joseph seller on ebay. Just make sure you find the ones that fit your model because he sells several kinds. I hope that helps. Ride Often and Ride Safe ✌️
@bijaijohnson Thanks for watching. I believe so. Might actually be more stable without having to use the two nuts that I had to use for spacers. Ride Often and Ride Safe ✌️
A late answer - yes they do. I just put a set of these on my Springfield standard, which has a 16 inch Freedom wind shield. The blast of air coming up the sides of the tank is pretty much gone. The helmet buffeting is not gone, but has been cut way, way down. They dump a huge amount of air on the engine which does run cooler as long as you are moving. I'm very happy with my deflectors, best purchase I've made for the bike.
