I'm not surprised given the studios track. They've never done a game entirely in 3rd person. This would've been better switching between 1st & 3rd person modes freely. Also, too many 1st person games out there already.

Interestingly enough, Starfield had FOV options. Being that this game is also developed by Bethesda, we may see a third-person option. Time will tell.

Why would Insomniac make an XBox game? You make it sound like Lucasfilm approached the studio to make this. Lucasfilm just issues licences to studios who want them. This game is 100% a Bethesda creation and concept.

No one would be complaining. We’ve already had 3rd person Indy games in the past. There’s absolutely no reason for a well established character like Indy to be played in first person. He’s not a blank slate character. People want to see him doing the action, not his damn hands.

Games like this need to be in 3rd person. Tomb Raider and Uncharted are based on Indy.

I'm saying these 2 cause they are also adventure games that were inpired by Indiana Jones. Keep it in mind that they are from last generation. If you tell me that this game is on par or has better graphics than those, you gotta go see a doctor. Gameplay is subjective, if you looked at this gameplay and got excited by it, that's fine, but to me it was subpar.
