This will always be my favourite Indiana Jones because it’s indies most personal and most important journey. This movie wasn’t about lost treasures or romance, it was about a father and son rebuilding their relationship and I think that’s class
For me, the Indiana Jones series ended with Crystal Skull. Ok it’s not as good as Last Crusade’s ending but it was a better ending to the series than Dial of Destiny’s.
ohh thank you!!! i was looking for this for so many years!! .. i love this ending i just dont know why,, it wakes such emotions in me.i want to scream, laugh and cry at the same time ..! thousand thanks!! god bless you!!
It reminds me of another movie where Sean Connery rides a horse - The Untouchables. Thinking of the scene when the four heroes attack the mobsters at the Canadian border. Absolutely marvelous scene and the score just makes it better.
Development hell. They made the Indiana Jones show, tons of disagreements, falling outs, then Lucas focusing on the Star Wars prequels, until Indy 4 was made.
@jessyleppert2 Maybe the reason Indy accepted being called Junior is because he knows why his father has been calling him Junior after knowing that both of their names are Henry where his father is Henry Sr. and he's Henry Jr. which is why his father has been calling him Junior.
The 4 horsemen;) would have been intresting to see what Proffesor Henry Jones Sr would have spent his time on now that he finnaly found the grail. It would be like these old seniors beginning to collect stamps or something;) Trying to fil out the day;) Of course they could have riden into a new adventure, considdering that they're in the Arabian desert and Marcus would get lost and all of the surden they find themselves in Mecca or Medina;)
the only problem i have is why wait so long to do a new indiana jones film? why not when he was youngish looking and in half decent shape? why wait til he is old and saggy! but that could be said for quite a few classic sequels/ prequels
