Yes but I believe (IMHO-armchair version) this is really a bastardized version of the 2016 presidential election results. Hilary Clinton won the popular vote but the electors chose to disregard the will of the people and gave their electoral votes to Trump who became the 45th President. There was talk and arguments and discussions about dissolving the electoral process all together. One of the reasons was to prevent the very situation we ended up in but the electors were not obligated to give their votes to Mrs. Clinton. So I believe in the summer of 2020 That Chesebro guy remembered that little tidbit and threw in a twist and conceived the plot that was just revealed recently i.e. make your own electors and claim they are valid. Of course I have no proof but if the 2016 electors could legally designate their electoral votes for anyone they choose regardless of who won the most individual votes then why not create our own and claim these electors are casting their votes for Trump. The rest was all theater to enhance the believability of the plot and obfuscation of the legal process of validating the actual votes. Again I have no proof this is how Chesebro and Eastman were thinking but it is pretty intriguing and I just had to put this somewhere and your comment is pretty cool Peace!
