even trying these cases in a federal courtroom does not make them pardonable they would still fall under Georgia state law in a federal venue and be judged the same. the only reason there has been motion to change venue is to keep them from public viewing of the trial.

It is still a state charge so it can only be pardoned by the pardons Board in Georgia after the sentence is completed The differences would be a different judge and jury pool in fed court. Also no camera in federal court. And we know trump is scared his supporters will see his lies on live tv😊
