in Sydney where i live there's a famous Indonesian restaurant that makes the best fried chicken ever, it's called "ayam goreng tulang lunak" or something. It's crispy outside and so soft inside you can eat the bones.
+yansen prayoga no dude its actually called 'ayam presto'. not every 'ayam penyet' has a soften bone tho. there was a process involved to make the bone is edible enough

I would be super happy to even got a chance to talk to foreigner as an indonesian but this guy was not only ordered your food but also says very nice things about it. last time i eat kerak telor 1 years ago and it's already 10.000 so yeah probably now 20.000 ... kerak telor is usually (only) can be found easily when Jakarta anniversary... it's really hard to find the vendor when not in Jakarta's fair ...
