Indonesian Style of Mayonnaise Rissole
Ingredient
Ingredient for its Wrapper
* 500 grams or 33 tablespoons Bread Flour.
* 60 grams or 4 tablespoons Tapioca Flour or Cornstarch
* 1 Egg White, use the egg yolk for Dipping Batter
* 1 teaspoon Salt
* 1 teaspoon Broth
* 60 ml or 4 tablespoons Cooking Oil
* 1100-1200 ml of Water
Ingredient for its Stuffing
* 4 Eggs, well boiled, slice each of them into 8 slices
* 4 Sausages, cut lengthwise, also slice each of them into 8 slices
* 80 gr Tomato Sauce or Chili sauce, optional
* 350-400 gr Mayonnaise, any flavor.
Ingredient for its Dipping
1 Egg Yolk + 1 Spoonful of Rissole skin batter, beat it off as the dipping. If its texture is too thick, add a little water about 30-50 ml.
Ingredient for its Paste
Take a bit from the Dipping Batter.
If it’s too runny, you may add 1 tsp Tapioca Flour/Cornstarch, stir well.
Sprinkles
150 gr Bread crumbs, mash it to well smoothed.
