So you buy new style nozzles and can’t use them on the old style body? That confused the hell out of me

I was wanting to buy the 30% nozzles for my 2006 lbz but I honestly haven’t been able to find much information about doing a nozzle swap and if it’s even worth it. I was planning on buying a full set of injectors later on down the road but wanted to test these replacement nozzles to see if they make any noticeable difference what would you recommend

Yes it will make a huge difference, i installed 30% nozzle tips on my 6.0 powerstroke and right off the bat it runs smooth has much higher bottom end power and overall quickness!! Do it you wont be disappointed, i was able to get a whole kit online with o rings and injector take off took for only $500, beats buying all nee 8 injectors for $2k lol

What's the tool called u use to stop nozzel turning while undoing injector . As tryed a few 1.9 tdi injectors and snapped pins as there that tight .hard to hold from moving

I kknow thiss is a old post but befor i do this what is my toque on a 2002 6.6 LB7 nozzle and what is the toque on the top part where the wires are if i pull that apart...i have been looking everywhere and found nothing...please help me...lol

Yeah man, I'm no expert but I would think there is a limit to hp range but I've got 17,000 miles on 200 hp nozzles and good to go

I have a set of your PODs in my ve 12v (been in for 16months 30,000km) and wanted to move up to a 5x18. Would I have to get them pop tested or modify anything else to change the nozzle or will they work fine

They are required to pull the injector from the head.

Noticed you did not say anything about injector calibration? If you change the nozzle then the injector needs to be recalibrated and torqued to specifications. Ohhh. That's right. You don't care. You just want to sell your product with a disclaimer about engine damage knowing what needs to be done.

SCAMMERS EXPOSED He literally started the video by saying you should send these in to be done here. If you were at the point of changing your nozzles you should probably have enough knowledge to know it needs to be balanced.
