Thank you!! It is really nice to actually see some objectivity on where Pidcock is at and not just the hate he has been getting everywhere! I think people have seen Pogacar, Ayuso and Evenepoel come in and win lots/ big straight away and expected everyone to be able to. Forgetting how long it took Thomas, Yates and co to be in a position to win GT.

I am not sure about Remco and Ineos. It would make sense considering Ineos' tactics and Remco'd style of riding and I believe he'll really consider Ineos. But I also think about the specialized connection Remco has and I am not sure Ineos will switch away from Pinnarelo. Then Bora might be an interesting team, especially with Red Bull money coming in. They already have a strong team and now can strengthen it even more. In 2 years Roglic also might not anymore be the all out leader he can be now, then pairing him up with Remco might be a good thing to fight the big riders and teams (Jonas/Visma and Pog-.../UAE). Roglic could then also act as mentor. And I don't think a Remco-Roglic rivalry should be a problem, they imo seem to have great respect for eachother and Roglic would still have freedom/be co-leader. And if we are realistic, if Roglic doesn't win TdF in the next 2 years with the full backing of Bora's current strength, he won't win solo after that either, but maybe he might with dual leader team tactics (or at least will stand more of a chance then). And I don't think Bora is behind on Ineos in terms of preparation anymore, Ineos imo has fallen back a bit and Bora improved. They could (as Redbull-Bora) overtake Ineos as the 3rd team, if they aren't there already. I think staying at SOQ should also not be ignored, though unless they improve prep (like maybe improving trainers like Pog has and better scheduling) and strengthen the team still a bit more, I hope he doesn't stay, even if I like SOQ as a team.

I think INEOS should do as follow pidcock and Bernal try top ten if not breakaways, if far away but close to top ten also do col de la loze like breakaways to go up gc, rodirguez to target podium and white jersey, if visma don’t pace high intensity in the week 2 and 3 mountain stages then ineos should do it and ignore the cirticism they will get for it. Pidcock should particularly target stages 1 and 2 to try and get into yellow and stage 4 aswell with an attack on the descent
