There's actually a Create expansion that allows for automated enchant production! In fact, there's a lot of cool Create expansions that exist (including a plugin for Mr. Crayfish's gun mod which rebalances the stats and fully Create-ify's it!)

Digging around the outsides of the glass lava storage and making an observation area would be cool, to see the the lava through the lava coloured stained glass, and getting a true idea of the scale of how much volume of lava there is.

11:18 It's worth noting that Create has a lot of little addon mods, one of which adds big cannons, a couple of which add steam-powered jetpacks, and one of which is all about automating the enchantment system. I believe it's called Create: Enchantment Industry. Might be worth a look, like a good few of the Create addons are.

A tip for splitting items evenly out of chests: Try filtering the chest input funnel to only allow 64 items at a time, and filter both output chutes (or try a brass funnel) for 32 items each. This should split the items evenly when a full stack of 64 hits the chest.

i was a bit split on the lava redundancy but i'm glad Zedaph showed a create solution oppposed to tango's vanilla-ish generated lava cube

I feel like if you put a pig on that train he might have an existential crisis if he seens any of the piglins in the nether. I guess the perfect conductor would be a magma cube to fill your magma cube, but I doubt that works.

If only he knew Tango had this done already!

Love how you think of doing things differently. Tango went all technical and made a lava machine and you made away to get lava from the nether by train. It is very interesting to see how each person tackles the same problems.

I had to drop a like for the satisfying lava time lapse. Something about this project just tickles my brain in the perfect way. I love it and can't wait to see the full lava cube!

I like seeing how different players tackle the lava cube filling challenge. Tango used the runoff from his steam engines, you used trains, and I used minecart contraptions. There's probably an objectively superior way, but I think it's so neat how the Create mod enables you to try different solutions to problems like this.

I absolutely love the idea of making a train, with a schedule, to go through the nether to an infinite lava source and bring back a ton of lava.....to place a ton of lava....to have an infinite lava source in the overworld.

If you make the tank 1 block taller, you could dump water on it and cap it off with obsidian to keep your bits safe when- I mean if you drop yourself through the floor above.

The energy and excitement in these episodes is so infectious, almost makes me want to get the Create mod myself... almost, because I know I would be completely terrible and have no clue what I was doing 😂

The only thing more terrifying than Zad standing on the brink of a halfway-to-infinite lava source using only Shift... would be Scar doing the same 🤣

You should be able to set filters from the NEI interface by dragging the item into the filter interface even if you don't have a real copy yet.

Little tip... not only can you increase liquid throughput by increasing the speed of the mechanical pumps, but you can also triple the pumps by having 3 side by side in a line all sucking from the same source and pumping into the same output to triple the throughput... thus emptying or filling your giant temp lava tanks 3x faster...

You could use the anvils as railing in the in-between bridge between the cubes so you could still use it but it also looks good

Much more clever way of getting the lava than I did digging out 10x10 to bedrock and slowly filling it. And with a special Limited Edition "Netherbound Express" train - sheer "Mad Genius" Zed!! 🧐

Wouldn't it be cool if they had a player Hopper? Like a block that the player could stand on or inside that would pull out any items in your inventory that match the filter

1)being as the tank is a built project and not a functional item, I think you should build up the walls by a couple blocks and corral yourself a bunch of striders in it. 2)penning up animals should still be useful, so perhaps you could build up a trailway network of lava flows out of the tank that a ridden strider could traverse (the strider will, of course, require a bit of help. These trailways would lead to various projects that make use of the lava.

You could place a deployer underneath the enchanting table that will constantly try to replace the anvil.

The extra, non-designed books are create mod specific and they are capacity and potato recovery

You could add Create Enchantment Industry if you want automatic enchantments. It adds a book press that you can use to copy enchanted books with liquid XP, or written books with ink. Also a blaze enchater to enchant weapons, armor, and tools with these enchantments.

This is such a clever way to transport lava from one dimension to another!

there is a new version of create that added some magic. It has this thing that allows you to upgrade a blaze burner to make it a blaze enchanter, which uses xp to upgrade any enchantable item

How would your book sorter handle a book with multiple enchants? I assume it would go through the first applicable filter, if it simply checks for one enchantment. Of course, this wouldn’t matter much in your case, you seem to be working with just single enchantment books, but I’m certainly curious.

Zedaph! I was just zooming around in a rainstorm in my own game of Minecraft, and I had a massive brainwave. The perfect companion to the Ornithopter is obviously an engine you can hold in hand, but how do you manage this without breaking game balance? Rockets that look like motors and are a bit fancier to craft are certainly one option, but have you considered the power that is Riiiiiptide? "Oh but, Tao," I hear people saying. "Riptide only works in water!" On a trident, sure. But if we were to borrow the effect by crafting a new tool that could be very Create-mod friendly, we could make it work whenever we want! It would still consume durability and need to be mended, so not fully infinite, but it would be a more elegant solution to my mind than stacks and stacks of reskinned rockets.

Idea for your bed: make it so when you sleep in the bed it goes on a tour around your cube until you wake up if that is possible

I assume that those ideas for beds and anvils are based on timed contraptions that rotate in the opposite direction of the cube, thus locking them in place?

I would think that a scientist such as Zedaph would have the decency to call a shape by it's proper designation? Cube? CUBE?! Nay! That my good sir is a rectangular prism, or a cuboid if you'd rather. But by definition a cube is a three dimensional container by six EQUAL squares! All joking aside, funny video as always! 😀

I think it'd be really cool if the cube was slightly less than 10k blocks, then you'd have a visual indicator of how much lava you have left as it gets drained. Then once it reaches a certain level the nether train would automatically fill it back up all the way.

Loved the video @ZedaphPlays! Can't wait for the next video man! I think you might need a Steam Engine for the Lava in the Nether with maybe 2 or 3 Tanker Cars at least. If you Use Nether Rack, Blackstone, Basalt or any of the Nether Related Blocks for the Build, it would look pretty Cool. Also, If you want to Use Create for your Enchants, then look no Further than "Create Enchanting". You can use Blaze Burners to Add Specific Enchantments to your Gear and if you Superheat Them, you'll get an Extra Level of the Enchantment. Want to Put Protection IV on your Gear? If you Use a Superheated Blaze Burner with the Protection IV Enchantment, it'll give you Protection V! You can also Store your Levels in the Create Mod Fluid Tanks by Draining your Levels with the Drain, as well as your Gear. Check out @polartt's video on the mod and give it a go for yourself. Don't forget to talk to the guys about the Create Steam and Rails Add-on!

Combining Level I books to create higher levels of books makes it much more expensive to apply them on stuff compared to getting the higher book levels to begin with.

the hilarious part is, if he just simply hooked a pipe up to the lava cube under the warehouse, he wouldn't have needed to find and infinite source in the nether, as the one tango made is also infinite. once you have 1 infinite source, you can then make as many as you like XD
