@@dewaynethomas6693 I'll buy any ASW game, but it is clear they aren't for everyone (I'll ask that they try one if they ask for a recomendation though... along side my other usual recomendations UMVC3, Tekken 7, and if they're asking for a great first fighting game I always recomend the latest Street Fighter)

@@coolmedina117 The first set of Kanji is "Kamikaze" which is the name of the actual super from his original game "Akatsuki Blitzkampf", the second kanji are "Ōka" which translates to "Cherry Blossom" which if you notice, one floats down and disappears just before he snaps his eyes open and delivers the final hit.

I feel that once this game really gets going and really gets a nice budget, they will start getting more cinematic and maybe even do what BB did and give some characters new supers.

Except we don't always need a 30 second cinematic all the time

Luis Pinto I can’t really think of any fighting game that doesn’t have like an 70/30 split on Mediocre/Good supers. Even GG’s instant kills can fall victim to it (sorry Zato).

I think the thing is, that despite the conditions to activate them, Infinite Worth EXS’ aren’t necessarily on the same level as something like an Astral Heat or an Instant Kill. Sure, they do a high amount of damage that will most likely kill the opponent, but they’re not true finishers. And that might be why they’re not as flashy or cinematic as say, an Astral Heat.

I personally don't want it to be a skullgirls situation where valentine had a blockbuster that took about 10 seconds to end, but even then there was an option to skip half of it, making it better I don't really think the supers here need to be overly cinematic like something from guilty gear or p4au, they're simple and get the job done, that's what's supposed to happen, right? it is a fighting game

Seth's supers are far better than chaos I think he is a great character but chaos supers are bland compared to Seth's

I mean at the end of the day, it all depends on taste and what you like. There's no objective guideline to what make a super appeal to one person. There are some things that I disagreed with how Sugar rated them in his and agree more here and whatnot.

I feel like some of them had nitpicking issues and personally I would rate Gordeau's higher as I find the final scythe slash to be more impactful than the others and for Seth, I dislike how the main point for Seth was that he was compared to other special moves of the same type like maximum spider instead of it being judged on it's own merits within its own series. There are others, but those two are the main ones. There is also Merkava's in which I feel really got hurt by the nitpicks. And I also do not believe Hilda, Chaos or Byakuya's are as bad as he said they were.

Igor Ueda French Bread made Melty Blood in collaboration with Type-Moon. Type-Moon was going to take Eltnam back during development of Under Night but since she was almost done already, French Bread renamed her to Eltnum and replaced her VA. There’s a gag in her arcade mode where it says her scenario is “Type-Moon approved” and she avoids mentioning her backstory to anybody to avoid license disagreements.

For unist: The regular one is half circle forward + d when you have full meter EX is done by pressing all 4 buttons at the same time when you have full meter and your health is in the orange
