Appreciate this video. I believe my dad’s nvm is bad. It threw a bunch of codes and I believe it has to do with water leakage. Seems to be a common problem
I’m having a problem the passenger floor is wet but the bcm itself isn’t , but my g35 won’t start without a jump and the locks and windows go down when they want and sometimes don’t even work, can it be something other than the bcm?
I'm having a similar problem with my g37x it flooded on the passenger side a whole of water I had to make a hole underneath to run it out so now it has to be connected to a jump box to start and wipers keep going can't be stop the hi beam stays on its just pure madness since the water got inside
Your bcm might have gotten wet as well you should check the connectors for corrosion. Your sunroof drain is probably clogged which is leading to the water getting inside your car. Happened with my EX 35. Still trying to get it up and running
@@34uzz78 yeah that's what happened with mine. That drain plug is the sunroof drain it gets clogged and the water will leak into the vehicle. Its really poor design by Infiniti. Should warrant a recall in my opinion
I have Infinity q x 60 A change shock absorber Steering rack steering pump XL front and back crossmember shock observe front and back but my car still no have body control specially when Band Road the speed limit cannot keep continue I have to slow down the body of the car no half control so please can you explain me what will be the problem I will really appreciate
It could be a two things , I had this problem and it was a headache. Could be your key is need reprogramming to the car it’s not reading it correct (better if you have two keys) or it could be the BCM. That’s if the problem is electrical. I’ve had all my fuses and parts checked it’s all the mf BCM for me
@@justanotherday123 so where is the ecu located in regards to the bcm? I'm confused. My g37 has gotten a lot of water in and I've been getting a service engine soon light with the P0603 keep alive memory error. It shows up almost every other time i drive. I've seen the water dripping down through from inside the wiring harness where the tape ends. I haven't had actual electronic problems but i found a car at the junkyard that has the bcm and I'm not sure if I'll need it in the future or not? Which ones the ECU which ones the bcm?
Justice Ogueji thanks man ! I ripped apart the glove box and all the trimming that holds the drainage tube in place. Ran water over the sun roof and no signs of leakage. In fact the drainage tube looks brand new ! Idk . I checked the fuse to the horn and it looks fine. I don’t understand why it would be the clock spring if horn only goes off when it rains !
