Well eco mode is for "Eco" driving thus further acceleration above the marked line in the gauge cluster means to make the pedal harder to press meaning you should let your foot at ease and even let your foot off the pedal and putting it back on manually to make your car go full on ev mode. It's a great feature making you understand hybrid cars.

This is off subject but I have a 2019 Q70 and would like to install a remote kill switch for the push button. There are a number of videos on how to do this but they are all being installed on the Chargers. Have you ever installed a kill switch on any of these Infiniti vehicles?

Not at all. There are people who have been driving their cars in sport for years, with no issues. It might consume a little more fuel, but you get to enjoy your car the way you like it.
@EdBwoy Good evening I just wanted to know your take on which is better a 5speed or 7 speed transmission one noticed in the 2008 m35x awd the trans only comes in 5 speed but the 2009-2010 M35s rwd comes in 7speed which is better the awd or thr rwd
hi, i know this comment isn't relevant to this video but I'm having a problem solving the problem of my Infiniti M45 2008 hood, at hi speeds it keeps shaking at the back (windshield) side even though everything is tightened up and the hood latch is tight can you help me with that please?, am i the only one with such problem or is it a common thing?
@@mrdheyaaify likely is, replace the engine vanity cover if its missing, then if you dont have it on already replace the acoustic lining that is directly under the hood that will stop a lot of vibration and with it will stop the noise. If nothng else try to look at things like the plastic vent cowl sitting up against windshield. I had an annoying noise similar and it ended up being some issue with wiper blades. I replaced the blades with different model and it stopped completely. It was causing a rattle/shaking sound that I couldnt quite tell where it was coming from. Its strange because its so subltle you cant pinpoint it, but at higher speeds 70mph+ it really got louder. Its all quiet now.
Yeah for real, its dumb as hell. I wouldnt doubt if carmakers only put it on their cars because they got some kind of credit or subsidy to do it. Its more than annoying and its useless, if someone is worried about eco then this car isnt for you.
