I am glad someone is finally realizing Covid causes inflammation on the brain, and what remedies can be used to help treat the symptoms related to virus. I am a survivor of Covid and I’m still healing after 3 years from the inflammation on my brain, that’s another story for another day. But thank you so much for sharing this information here, will definitely use. God bless everyone and I’m praying for your health and healing and strength 💜🙏

It 100% makes sense yet so many people have been gaslit. Encephalitis (brain inflammation) can be a cause of tic disorders, yet doctors dismissed an increase in tic disorders in female teenagers during the pandemic as a psychogenic illness. Classic medical sexism.

I had covid a year and a half ago. No dr visit at 70. H had green tea with ginger and lemon. Also took tumeric capsule daily and elderberry syrup. Didnt sleep on my back and didnt let myself be a couch potato. Walked a little outside 2 or 3 times a day. I now have it second time, not as bad as the first. I prefer to let my body fight whenever possible without meds.

Tea and chocolate give me a headache the next day or sooner plus a bad personality change so i have to avoid them. I figure that i became sensitive to tthe theobromine snd theophylline chemical in them because i overindulged by eating chocolate chips by the bag and drank tea since a child...even green tea bothers me, but i can drink rooibus tea as a substitute or herb teas. AND After i had a head injury. I had a headache for 25 years every minute of every day, sometimes with nausea or vomiting. I went to any healer or chiropractor that i could afford, plus i took levels 1 and 2 of Usui Reiki and attended monthly healing share seddions of reiki. Finally, one day the headache was gone! But i dont know why--maybe a combination of one healer who studied in Tibet and a chiropractor who did neuro-emotional technique.

@@RoyJones-nx6zi I refer to it as a mind virus sometimes because of the way it affects the mind as I said in my comment. Long covid is a terrible thing and I sincerely hope you get better soon. Mine got better in a few months. I don't know if this will help you but every day I sat in meditation and in my mind I made perfect health more real than the physical and mental suffering, the pain,shortness of breath etc. was not real in my mind and I kept doing it every day. This worked for a lifelong autoimmune condition I had, it took 3 years but at age 59 I got off corticosteroids for the 1st time in my life.

I've never tested positive once before, but for the past year, my taste and smell have been completely out of the ordinary. My smell has never quite returned to what it used to be, and I've kind of forgotten what it's like to smell things like a "normal" person... I can't confirm whether it's Covid that caused this or something else. Doctors here in the UK are useless and just take the lazy route and jump straight to covid without doing any actual tests. Who knows what's wrong with me...
@kunokoaeri3505
@kunokoaeri3505 6 месяцев назад
Sadly unless u got another virus without knowing it and believing u don't mask, covid is the most probable cause because it is VERY contagious and you don't need symptoms to see changes in your body, so it can be likely it. You can get blood tests to know if it is covid or not.

Have you ever read about St. John’s wort combined with Rosemary helping combat brain inflammation? I was waking up with some terrible nightmares, it would happen several times in a row. Started taking St. John’s Wort with Rosemary and the nightmares stopped within a day. Also quickly stopped the acid reflux pain that I was having within hours…I had Mexican food for lunch that day and it didn’t burn. No more nightmares. I have woken up with a nightmare that the neighbor’s house was on fire and nearly aspirated on food moving up my esophagus. I believe inflammation was also causing the nightmares.

Hello all again, I wanted to share this smoothie recipe that also helps me with the brain inflammation that I currently still am having that is reducing significantly, I call it my healthy smoothie Kale or spinach banana water celery carrots pineapple papaya strawberry mango (please look up the health benefits for each of the fruits and veggies I listed here in the smoothie) I drink this smoothie once in the morning and throughout the day, it is helping me and I wanted to help my fellows survivor friends out here. Also, I just go and buy the frozen fruit from Aldi or your nearest grocery store and some of the fruits and veggies I do prepare on my own as well. Please remember to be kind and gentle in your recovery to better health. God bless you all and love you all!

My memory is also impaired. Let alone all the other standard symptoms. I use Quercetin, turmeric etc. Feels like nothing helps. What other advice is out there?

Triangle breathing , wim hof breathing (as many rounds as you can do, I also find success doing wim hof breathing before and after I do the o2 oxygen treatment) be very careful doing a lot of breathing because you could pass out so really try to take it slow when you feel dizzy or light headedness because you could end up passing out so be super careful doing it alone and doing alot of rounds. Try anything you hear that is good for the vagus nerve and stick with the ones you feel work best.
