Information on Converting an Automotive Engine into a Marine Reverse Rotation Engine 

Your videos are very informative and concise, I'm a big follower and I wish your shop was located where I boat on Lake Ontario. I've been involved with antique and classic boats for almost 40 years. About 30 years ago I restored a 1968 mahogany Century Resorter with a 427 Ford Interceptor. I couldn't find a a reverse rotation oil seal, we ended up installing a rope seal with the knurled crank surface. Never had an oil leak and I had about 400 hrs on the engine when I sold the boat. I was always worried about a main seal oil leak luckily it never happened. The boat was a sleeper, it would do over 55 mph. I was able to find a NOS reverse rotation cam for engine rebuild from a supplier in your area, I believe he has long since passed. August

Continued from below. I now have a 68 31' CC Commander with 350F's(327 replaced). The weakest part of the drivetrains are the P-32 1.5 reduction Paragon Transmissions. Your Paragon rebuild video was helpful when I had a reverse band failure last fall. Keep up the videos very informative. Thank you
