This is the second of three videos recently removed by RU-vid because of a privacy complaint by the British captain of the yacht Scheherazade because of \privacy concerns'. Even after we complied with RU-vid and blurred sections that had personal data on screen.
The data is still visible on the original video we lifted it from which is posted on the Navalny RU-vid channel.

The fact RU-vid only removed it from a UK based RU-vid channel suggests they were only complying because of UK laws on GDPR, or that they just didn't want to get involved with lawyers.

According to recent news articles such as this one: "Vladimir Putin’s yacht back in the water and may flee Italian port." The 140m SuperYacht - Sheherazade was about to break out of the shipyard and head east!
And an informer tells me very strange info about what they were to do for Russian 'crew'

Fun Fact: Carrara marble carves like butter, which is why it's so in demand (for 5,000 years) for statues, etc. Marble also has a moisture level requirement. In cities like Calgary, Ab. for outside cladding you have to have a certain moisture content. You want green marble? There are only two places in the world that has it that meets Architechtural standards for building. Gold ribbon infused marble? There's an island in Hudsons' Bay Canada and it all goes in large blocks to Italy for cutting!! I'll show myself out.

Regarding the marble catchment rock, I can tell you that the quarrying processes related to extracting the premium material generate a huge volume of lower grade rock, as well as a lot of broken high grade that is put to use in hundreds of different ways, like fine powder in paint, plastics, a paper, etc. It is extremely unlikely that the rock used in the port and surrounding areas is of high value but helpful to the quarry operation to find a use for it rather than having to pay for it to be taken away.

Marina de Carrara was our first port of call on my first ever cruise, and we saw the marble all stacked up at the dock prior to export. On the same trip we went to Florence, where many of the statues, buildings and other carvings were made of that same marble. I'm loving the never ending tale of the Scherezade.

The amount of marble used to create a seawall there is insane! That is literally a fortune lying there. I had a dresser and the top of it was one inch of Italian Carrara marble, about ten sq. feet; when I sold all the furniture, the appraiser said it was worth about 400- 500 dollars. That was 35 years ago!

In Malta they build everything from limestone because that is their local resource material. It would make sense if marble is the local resource material in this part of the world that they would build things out of it. And I’m sure they’re not using the highest grade stuff that can be used for furniture and worktops et cetera. As the comment above me says. This will be the stuff it’s more suitable for construction.

Also strange they use marble since it erodes faster than e.g. granite. But I suppose marble is perhaps easier to find and hence cheaper to transport. And since it likely still will take a generation or more for it to erode, someone else will have to pay when new material is needed. Although likely it’s low quality.

How can anyone like RU-vid for being a fascist compliant organisation. I say this because there is clear linkage between this company and the whims of rich, powerful individuals and representatives of government who, while usually having no mandate for demanding action by RU-vid, the channel complies without any consideration of actual law. Well done for reposting and shame on RU-vid, its parent company and shareholders for allowing such perverse decisions to be enacted on its channel.

BS. None of you understand free speech. RU-vid is an American based company and is guided by US laws. The 1st Amendment ONLY applies to government restrictions on free speech. Corporations are not restricted about what and who they can block. They can prevent you from saying anything on their platform. They can legally block any video they want at any time. That does not make them fascists or anything else. If you don't like the rules, then do not use RU-vid. Get an education on the constitution!

I remember the first time this aired, it kind of gave me the heebie-jeebies, the whole project Thunder and Project Lightening thing, all the intrigue. Not to mention the music! Am I mistaken that in another recent video it was stated that Scheherazade is in dry dock and rework/modifications are ongoing? Despite current laws concerning the acceptance of money from any Russian entity where arrested property is concerned, Rubles are flowing in from some crack or crevice. It was noted that the current Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, is pro-Russian.

I'm not sure why youtube is removing the name of the captain - it's publically available knowledge, if he worked for Putin then fine that was his choice - but actions have consequences and he needs to live with them. Google should not have removed the videos. The marble probably has cracks or flaws in it that make it unsuitable for normal use - so it gets dumped as waste. Similar to all the slate tips in North Wales.

Yeah, that is marble. Before concrete became so easy to make stone is what was used. Here where I live, beautiful white granite was used for curbstone and paving. Its heartbreaking to see it being taken up and just dumped for landfill like that. As you see there with marble. Granite, basalt and slate and sandstone. I have an eye for how it is used in construction around here.

They look like frigates (ships) rather than yachts…‘yachts’ to the layperson are primarily powered using sails and rigging and are somewhat more elegant both on and off the water. Thunder + Lightning maybe, but as birds perhaps Frigate, Albatross…and a Little Penguin aka Life Saga. Despite surmised ownership they are still beautiful…a reflection of the yin yang principle of life… the mystery warlord + his frigate.

Guy Bennett-Pearce is a pretty quintessential British name, and Guy Bennett-Pearce should be honored to be referenced on such a well-respected vlog. The only time or situation where there is a complete TWO full crew rotations is in the US NAVY on the Boomers. There is a Blue crew and a Gold Crew. So, basically those subs will always be manned and ready unless they are being fitted with new whatever. The Navy has 14 of these boats with 28 full crews. But that is a different world entirely.

On project Thunder and Lightning. In radpid transit, it isn,t uncommon for 2 cities to place a joint order for equipmet. Scale gives them better pricing, and the combined volume make it easier for builder to justify the design and toling costs to produce a larger order. So it is possible that Putin and some friend joned forces and placed a joint order for 2 nearly identical ships to be build using same tooling/plans, but with diffferenr interior outfittings etc. Equally possible that both ordered by same oerson, but one is outfitted aith all the James Bond gadgets, while the other is purley "civilian" and can be rented to people or in a bind, act as bacup to the "real" one.

I don't know if anyone has been to Russia, or Ukraine or anywhere in Eastern Europe. I have been to Bulgaria, and the video's I see from Radio Free Europe and Al Jazeera about the war often deal with the civil destruction and the impact on civilian life and forests and fields. I just watched one about getting the last few Hold Outs still clinging on to Chasiv Yar, 15 Km west of Bakhmut. The city is desolate and abandoned, but there are the dogs and birds and maybe a handful of pensioners. But this time of year, the Trees are in full leaf cover and the countryside is hilly and there are meandering rivers. Ukraine is a beautiful place and it's being destroyed because One Man needs his Mega Yachts and his power and wealth. I hate Wealth and Power. If I were capable of changing peoples minds, I would turn you all away from seeking wealth and power and admiring those with wealth and in power. It's sad and grotesque and an abomination. We should be happy with good health and love and prosperity and just a long life with memories of family and maybe trips to the sea or the mountains or just swimming in a lake or river. But now, we bury our families in wars all over the World so Men like Putin and many others can have their Icons to their Conquests and Victories. But those ships will never love you, Vladimir like God does. And you are committing a great crime and I fear for you. Zhalko.

Bro why do you keep insisting Putin had a super yacht? Can’t he just charter one? Or, he can be like “Yuri, I want to take a ride on a nuclear submarine/ destroyer, call the navy and tell them it’s an inspection or something” Why would such a busy high profile and seemingly low maintenance guy want this headache?

Putin obviously has no faith in the appalling state of the Russian Navy. A good solid vessel built in the undemocratic and fascist West is more in keeping for the Chairman of the Politburo. But he doesn't own it, it's his uncles ex-wifes brother in laws niece's yacht. And he said I can borrow it next week, do you want to go fishing? Bring the beer, I'll pay for the diesel

Some time ago there was a big thing in the UK regarding footballers and floor to ceiling fish tanks.. It became a competition who could have the biggest fish tank.. Or to quote from the 80s spaceballs movie. _My Schwartz is bigger than your Shwartz_

@@stuartd9741in your mind that’s a fair point but what you fail to realize is that those guys are boneheads. Footballers have shit for brains. Vladimir Putin is a dispassionate genius. He’s too busy building bridges, literally, and establishing alliances to waste his time on measuring dicks like a couple of tards that kick balls for a handsome living. The guy also never goes on vacation and his every waking moment is a matter of public record when will he go on this yacht and take 19 days to go 200 nautical miles from here to there ffs.
