Thank you for the information! Can you please discuss light panels and how intense they need to be, how far away you should sit, proper wavelength ratios, and anything else that would be useful, such as the proper type of LEDs. Is there any difference between leds so long as they are the correct wavelength and intensity?

Do you work with green at all, perhaps to be influential opposite to the influence of red. Whether or not NO combines intially, red correction could be the result = increased blood production/flow. An accumulation of NO risen opposed to gravity has less of an exit strategy if collected inside the cranium. Enceph and menegitis treatment option.

Looking into this type of treatment for myself but as talked about here and other pages I have now read about the light causing eye issues if you don't take precautions and I now wonder what about all the security camera system with IR lights on them? I myself have IR flood lamps along with the IR on the cameras that turns night into day for my camera system so does this mean anyone outside is possibly getting eye damage bit by bit and over time could cause issues? Makes you wonder given how we have so much IR light sources from cameras systems now flooding every place at night.

Helps, at least for 30-40 mins. I diyed 50w 850nm chip on a heatsink and fan. Let's the pain go away for some time. You literally file how it heats up the bone.

3:16 i think that might be a mistake especially in countries that don't get alot sunlight because it seems like uv radiation might also have some benefits but i think you just have to be careful with it that you don't use it too much.

UV has been used for many positive benefits for decades but does of course pose some risk. A rudimentary search will bring up all types of medicinal uses, including for cancer, skin, infection, auto immune, etc. It is also used for air purification. There is NO consensus by the “experts” on the use or non use of UV. This speaker is incorrect.

Meanwhile near infrared basically does not have any known reported negative effects. Red light is always discussed with the precaution of burning the skin.

Infrared light lamp therapy is safe for eyes even if you are not using it on your face? I’m looking to use it on my knee, but concerned about seeing no one else in videos using eye protection...... I’d rather not need to use eye protection, what are your thoughts?
@autonomyseeker6082

just a get a thermotex far infared heating pad. No eye protection needed

Very informative! How effective is this light for increasing blood-flow in the brain when small vessels have a fibrin issue and nitric oxide might help with the lack of elasticity in the small vessels. Not sure how it all works but would this help.

Laser is just high density photons. UV is just high energy photons (can damage the DNA)
