Red light therapy is a process that uses light to improve the function of the body. This type of therapy has been shown to have many benefits, including improved skin health, muscle function, and bone health. The results from red light therapy are often very impressive and can be seen in just a few weeks. However, this therapy offers benefits beyond just skin health. This video provides an in-depth look at all the potential benefits of red light and near infrared therapy.

I have many healings by using red light.. at first I didn’t think it was working but by the 3rd night I realised I’d was working and I swear by it. I have weak knees and now they are strong again, I would wrap my red light band around my knees and leave it on for about an hour.. it’s as if I have new knees. One time I ate something that didn’t agree with me and I had serve arthritic pain throughout my torso so I used the red light belt on my front and back torso for lengthy periods for several nights and it healed it completely. I have used it for other things as well and it works. Nerve damage✅ I had a sore tooth that I was going to have pulled and I did several treatments by holding it against the skin in line with the tooth and it fixed it, I canceled my appointment and my tooth is good. I had a sore ear from wearing a Bluetooth earpiece for 5yrs and it fixed that. I use it for so many things I lay with it on my chest at night when I’m in bed and I feel it clearing my chest and rejuvenating my heart. I know it all sounds crazy but it works.

Im 29 years old and tried it for a year and I didn’t really noticed a difference in my facial skin. I don’t have any wrinkles but I have like acne scars on my face, and didn’t noticed anything new, but I did noticed that my tiny stretch marks on my knees and legs dramatically got much much smaller as in it’s almost completely gone. Not sure if I noticed anything different as far as inflammation in my body like my knee pain and neck pain but it really really did helped relax my entire body and mind, and I think sweating because of the heat from the light helped detox my body. It just really helped relaxed my body in general,specially after an annoying busy day.

What about sleep? Can it also redeem your circadian clock a little bit into balance by helping you feel sleppy and such? Personally what i've done seems to have a bit of an effect... so let's see i always set my monitor to reduce blue light past 9PM, i've actually bought a yellow incandescent light bulb (yellow might skew your circadian rythm a tiny bit but it also gives off heat wich is the infrared radiation) as opposed to to my cold bright white lamp that i have wich probably has the biggest impact so at 9pm i turn that off and i turn on my yellow light and it provides just enough light for me to use my monitor while not being bothered by the contrast but also help me sleep. Really cool.

Here are some key takeaways from the video: * Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to penetrate deep into tissues and stimulate cellular energy production. * This may lead to benefits like improved skin health, hair growth, reduced inflammation, faster wound healing, better sleep, and enhanced athletic performance. * It's important to manage expectations and remember that red light therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution.

joovv.com Menu SCOTT NELSON How to Use a Joovv From out of the box, to your first red light therapy treatment, here are the basics: Set up your Joovv: Your Joovv device requires straight-forward, one-time assembly. Check out our Setup Guidesfor specifics on each device. Turn on Your Joovv: To start your Joovv device, flip the power switch, set your treatment time on the control panel, and hit the play button to start a treatment. Note on LEDs: Some of the LEDs may appear like they’re not working, when they’re actually on and delivering near infrared light that is invisible to the human eye. The red light a Joovv delivers is clearly visible-you can’t miss it! Treatment Guidelines for Joovv Light Therapy For the most biologically effective red light therapy, follow these treatment guidelines: Position Yourself 4-6 Inches from Your Joovv: You can sit or stand, but clinical research and user experiences have demonstrated that 4-6 inches is the ideal distance during a treatment. Treatment For Beginners: We recommend starting out with 1-2 minute treatments per area, slowly working up to a 10-minute session(s) over the course of 2-3 weeks as your body acclimates to the therapy. 10-15 Minute Treatment Times: 10-minute treatments at 4-6 inches from your device is optimal. 15-20 minutes for symptomatic areas may be beneficial, but beyond that, the evidence points to diminishing returns (your cells can only absorb so much light at once). For this reason, we recommend you allow at least 6 hours between treatments of the same area. Daily Use is Optimal: To get the most out of your Joovv, consistency is key. We recommend once daily use, although 2-3 times per day may be beneficial for symptomatic areas. If you have to miss some days, we suggest at least using your Joovv 5 times a week. Sporadic treatments are similar to sporadic workouts; you may benefit that day, but for longer-term, full-body health effects, you need to be consistent. Any Time of Day: Use your Joovv when it works best for you! Some people love how it feels in the morning and say it perks them up for the day. Others wait until before or after a workout for max energy and recovery. And many use Joovv at night, or as an alternative to bright, artificial lights after dark. The important thing is fitting red light therapy into your daily routine, regardless of what time. Targeting Problem Areas: Many of the health benefits from red light therapy can be attained by consistent, full-body use. For example, you don’t need to target your thyroid gland to treat symptoms of thyroid disorders. However, it can be beneficial to target specific physical problem areas like sore joints or burns. In those cases, direct treatments for 10-20 minutes allows natural light to penetrate deeper into tissue for greater effect. Exposing Your Skin for a Joovv Treatment For effective Joovv use, the area of your body that you’re treating needs to be exposed directly to the light. Clothing prevents the red and near infrared light from reaching your cells, so be sure to remove any garments from the part of your body you’re treating. Clothing: Many Joovv users with full-body devices prefer to Joovv in the nude. Delivering natural light to more surface area of your body leads to better light therapy outcomes, but full nudity is not necessarily required for effective, full-body Joovv use. Lighter garments like underwear, bras, shorts, and socks may be worn without hampering a treatment, though the covered areas not exposed directly to the light won’t receive any benefits. Makeup: You can still benefit from Joovv treatments while wearing makeup, but for optimal use, we recommend removing it and cleaning your skin so more natural light can reach your cells. Eyes / Glasses: You may safely remove your eyeglasses and contacts for treatments. Red light therapy has been shown in numerous clinical trials to support eye health and vision. However, the LED lights can be quite bright, so we don’t recommend looking at them directly. If it’s too bright, we recommend closing your eyes until it’s comfortable to open them. You may also wear sunglasses. See FAQs below for LASIK questions. Water: Dry yourself after bathing or swimming before starting a Joovv treatment. Avoid using your Joovv in an area with excess water. Our devices are constructed with airplane-grade materials, but they’re still electrical devices, so out of caution, it’s best not to use th

Hello, my girlfriend recently got lupus. When she is in direct sunlight for too long it causes her to feel really bad.I was wondering if you could maybe do a video on red light therapy and its effectiveness for people with autoimmune diseases or if you could perhaps let me know here. Thank you for your time.

Auto immune diseases should be modulated through diet, light snd sound therapy (vibrational therapy) bc its chronic and inflammatory, which means it affects the emotional and mental wellbeing. Her reaction is likely due to dysautonmia..dysregulation of things like temperature homeostasis,, heart palpitations, sweating,, etc.I myself have a serious genetic condition. Liposomal vitamin C and primary food as well as secondary food. She is a sensitive/hypersensitive person so everything taken into account : only whole foods. Nothing processed. Lots of water. Physical activity and ChI Gong (I think it's called) increases lymphatic system , detox of cells and circulatory system. Have her vitamin and nutrient levels checked . And iodine levels checked. People w lupus do better when living near bodies of water. Reiki. I'd be happy happy help, I'm a holistic nutrition ans health counseler, massage practioner and going on for my sound and vibrational certification.

Can red and blue grow lights perform the same way as the ones being sold for skin therapy? The wavelengths are reported to be the same of very close. And they are much cheaper.
@jameskelly6479
@jameskelly6479 2 года назад
Blue light is the slowest frequency there is. Purple is a mixture of red and blue. Red is the fastest wave. When you mix the two, the blue slows down the combined 2. The intensity is also important to how strong it can affect the out come. The angle of the wave will also make a difference. If the frequency is within the range of effect it might work but if the intensity is too low it won't work. Kind of like flash light batteries can be put together to make 12 volts but it won't start your car. The amps are too low. There is a lot more to this but that might help.

Unfortunately, at this point we can't, as we have only worked with closely with Joovv products. From what I understand, really Photobiomodulation devices are pretty sophisticated, due to their specialised lenses and globes. I know there are cheaper options available, but i'm just not sure if their products are up to the standards required to provide a therapeutic effect on the body. .

@CROWFACED
@CROWFACED 2 года назад
While I don't doubt infrared light penetrates deeper due to the wide frequency, the part you were told about "Cover your finger over the flashlight on your phone" is absolutely false. This effect is called subsurface scattering and the reason you see red is because we have red flesh and blood vessels. It's the blood shining through, because our bodies are semi-translucent. You get the same effect if you cover your flashlight with wax instead, and I guarantee that the only color you will see shine through is a combination of whatever the color of the light is and the color of the wax. Good information otherwise
