So over the heating film we can continue with the installation of laminate flooring ... Could you tell me which is the benefit of this installation if someone cancel the usage of diesel or gas for 80m2 house ?

how long is the life expectancy of this product? if i tile the floor, replacing a heating strip will be a really messy job. or is it preferable to use tounge and groove flooring as it is easier to pull up in case of issue?

there is only installation videos, but not reviews. How it is working now in 2013 and how effective? and does it really heating?

for that surface area, how much wattage was used compared to wattage use on reverse cycle air conditioning?? I think it is important for a comparison. as most ppl this is still a very new technology

Hi. Would this installation method be fine for "meco 50cmx2m underfloor heating mat" as well? If so, could you please kindly let me know all the other materials needed, and perhaps where to get them?

why do you use eyelet terminal over pressure terminal?

They said it can cause sparks if arcing but most manufactures still supply with pressure terminal so maybe myth

Infra means below. If you take a prism and run a ray of light through it, the red will be at the bottom. If you place a thermometer below the red (where you can't see any color), you'll notice that there is still heat there. It's a bit of the light spectrum your eyes can't see but is still present. It's why infrared goggles allow you to see heat.

Does this work in a van conversion? Will it run on solar panels on the roof?

It's mainly used for house heating in winter. For van conversion, it hasn't been applied in this field. It can be run on solar panels, but it needs converter to change the low voltage into 110V-240V, not recommended.
