The Inglewood Unified School District announced five schools will close due to dwindling enrollment and funding. Darsha Philips reports for the NBC4 News on March 20, 2024.
Improve instruction . . . . . HOW?!?! WHEN THERE WILL BE LESS TEACHERS AND LESS CLASSROOMS! Its like the opposite solution to the problem. Oh we have economically struggling community . . . you know how were going to fix that? By making sure the next generation of kids have even less access to education.
Well that means they can take that money and expand La Tijera and Inglewood High and provide buses for the rest of the rest of the kids or something to that affect.
The State and County had 12 years to make improvements to the district and they have refused to! We can’t give them 12 more years. The State needs to end this receivership now!
